Sitting atop a hill and just steps away from the exclusive Cypress Point Club, this magnificent 4 bedroom, 4-1/2 bath home provides the charm, comfort and luxurious amenities to impress your family, friends and business associates.
If you are looking for a home that is selectively made available only a handful of weeks each year, look no further!

The house sits on 1.7 beautifully landscaped acres. Outside is an expansive rock patio with outdoor dining for 8, a wood-burning fire pit and an over-sized heated spa. The home also boasts 3 large wooden decks that are perfect for listening to the sounds of the ocean while enjoying a cup of coffee or glass of wine.
