Piso muy céntrico y agradable, a estrenar y recientemente amueblado. El apartamento está situado a un tiro de piedra de los Campos de Marte, y a 5 minutos a pie de la Torre Eiffel. Está en un barrio encantador, con muchos restaurantes y tiendas locales situadas en la calle.

The property was very clean and accessible. It’s just a block away from the Eiffel Tower and metro stations. Grocery stores and cafes are all in the same block by and easy to access. We love to walk and could walk to almost all big attractions from the apartment.

“My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our 8-day stay. The apartment was exactly as advertised and offered excellent value for a place of this size. Perfect place to stay in Paris. Fantastic location near the Eiffel Tower. The apartment has everything you could need. The host is lovely, responds very quickly and made us feel at home during our stay.

Location, location, location!!!If you want to come home after a busy day in Paris and just relax, this is the place! No rush, nomess just enjoy the comfort of an very comfortable place to rest and rejuvenate your self. Every thing was as advertised. Just make reservations and see for yourself

This is the third Paris apartment I've rented for a long summer stay and the only one I'll gladly rent again. The wall-mounted A/C was a lifesaver. It kept the apartment cool and comfortable in 90-100F temps. So much better than a portable unit. The apartment is also quiet and secure. On an upper floor facing a courtyard, there was zero street or neighbor noise. Hosts were wonderful. When the internet went out on the eve of a long holiday weekend (a cable was cut by building workers), Gianandrea responded right away and followed up over the weekend. I needed Wi-Fi for work so I rented a mobile hotspot, and Graziella kindly reimbursed me for it. Everything was very clean except the bathroom drawers had heavily-used items like slippers, toothbrushes, and razors left behind. But this is a minor note about a wonderful property I hope to return to soon.

The apartment is shabby and in need of repairs. Photos are very old. Info on binders is old—closed restaurants, wrong codes. Everything just needs an update. Great location though!!

The apartment was perfect. We mostly just slept there and the bed was very comfortable. Bathroom and shower were large and pleasant. It was fully equipped. Owners were responsive and helpful. Great restaurants nearby.

Nice stay and kind people

Cute apartment and very kind people!!This property was our first stay in Paris. It’s a great location! We happened to stay during the hottest day Paris has had for a couple of years and the air conditioner kept us cool. Convenient location, with several restaurants and shops nearby.

Great location

We really enjoyed the apartment and it was located in a place that was very easy for groceries and restaurants. It also had great access to the attractions and tours with just a short walk to the Eiffel Tower and taxis to other locations. The host was very responsive to our needs, and it was easy to check in.

Centrally located. Nice place

This apartment is in a very walkable area of Paris close to the Eiffel Tower and the Rue Cler. Within walking distance of many attractions. Communication with owner was good. Easy check in process.

Great location

This apartment is in an excellent location! Close to the Eiffel tower and close to may cute shops and restaurants. Graziella was great to work with along with Patricia who meet us and showed us around the apartment. We would stay here again!

Perfect location

What a wonderful experience! Location near the Eiffel Tower was perfect. Charming bakery just across the street. Lots of cafes and restaurants within a few blocks. The apartment was perfect! It is very large and everything was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Beautiful windows that open wide. Loved hearing the church bells. Felt very comfortable as the building is very well secured. Would highly recommend this place to friends and family!

Great location

The apartment was great. Approx. 8 minute walk to Eiffel Tower. 5 min walk to grocery store and a plethora of restaurants.

Great location to the Eiffle Tower

We were in Paris for the summer Olympics. The location of the apartment was perfect. We were within walking distance to the Eiffle Tower, Metro, shopping and restaurants.Apt was clean and comfortable.

We had a great time.

The place is beautiful and the location was fantastic. Quick walk to Eiffel Tower, Metro stations, grocery shopping and restaurants. We have two young boys and the accommodations were perfect for all four of us. Queen bed & queen sleeper sofa bed kept everyone comfortable. Safe, secure and quiet. If we are back in Paris again we will try to stay here. We can easily recommend this property.
