Also included is a twin small futon that would accommodate a child. The unit is also updated bathroom with walk-in shower and spacious closet.

The designated path out to the beach is fewer steps than high rise properties which include elevator rides and long boardwalks. Drive directly to your front door, enjoy the close beach and condo side pool, while sitting outside and loving the beautiful sunset.

Today you can stay right on the beach and enjoy the many restaurants and nightlife the island offers. Just across Brooks Bridge is the city of Fort Walton Beach, where you can shop the quaint downtown district, visit the Indian Temple Mound, an ancient Native American temple mound and museum of artifacts, or take the Downtown Historical Walking Tour, a self-guided tour that begins when you pick up a brochure at the Chamber of Commerce.
