This is one of our mid-sized two-bedroom, two-bath casitas, approx. 730
square feet. With two bedrooms (one queen-size bed and one full-size
bed) and two baths, it'll make a family vacation come true! The living
area is separated from the kitchen by a countertop bar, perfect for
gatherings. It has all the authentic touches -- a kiva fireplace,
saltillo tile, and hardwood floors. But it has also been skillfully
updated to provide you with all the modern conveniences, including cable
TV, laundry facilities, a full kitchen, air conditioning, and
complimentary high-speed internet access. This casita boasts a large
enclosed patio that is ideal for an outdoor evening on a mild summer
night.

This is a small;;er but perfectly located condo that is clean and has all we needed and more. Easy parking, Great AC, and a host that was more than easy to work with. Highly recommend

Lovely!

The house is adorable and comfortable. We were able to walk to most places we wanted to go as the house is close to many attractions. The beds were comfortable; the house was clean and neat. Mary Ann gave us excellent directions to navigate to and enter the property. She was friendly and quite easy to reach. Will definitely stay there again, if I ever get to go back to Santa Fe.

Birthday weekend

Came to Santa Fe to celebrate hubbys birthday. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and close to everything. We had a couple great restaurants that were within walking distance. I would definitely come back again.

Casita in Santa Fe

Perfect location for easy walking to the sites in downtown and to restaurants. Casita was cute, clean, comfortable with a well appointed kitchen. We appreciate that it is dog friendly! Communication with host was great. We will definitely stay here again.

Great spot for Santa Fe stay

The Casita is very comfortable, clean and well equipped. It’s very close to the square and other locations to walk to, but it still is quiet. Very enjoyable place to stay.

Short vaca with dogs

Great location for people and dogs. Easily walkable to the plaza and to greenspace. Lovely private patio. Charmingly decorated and well-stocked. Great showers. Comfy bed. Would definitely book again.

Quiet Casita, close to everything!

We loved this place and would stay here again. There's a cute little courtyard, a fully stocked kitchen and comfy bedrooms. We loved the central location.

Walkable Santa Fe

Casita D has tasteful southwestern decor; cozy fireplace, well-equiped kitchen, comfortable, private patio for drinks and conversation. Walkable to downtown Santa Fe museums, restaurants, and galleries. Mary Ann is a great and responsive host. We loved our stay.

Perfect Place for Santa Fe

Cute little place with loads of Santa Fe feel, from the adobe walls to the front fence. Quiet location in historic neighborhood with a quick walk to the plaza. Easy drive to the opera. Comfortable beds and good showers. We will stay again.

Friends Getaway Spot

This little casita is perfectly located and just the right size for our two person getaway among dear friends. We each had our own room and bath, and the living room was comfortable for our long chats in the evening. We didn't cook, but it did seem that all the kitchen stuff was available had we needed it. The location was about a ten minute walk to San Francisco Street and the Plaza where we most often found ourselves. It was cold in the evenings, but watch out for the heat in the bedrooms - it gets very warm in those rooms. We set it at 68, and it felt like 90. Opening a window was easy! Host Mary Ann was very helpful and responsive leading up to our stay, and the instructions were clear as to how to get in. Closing the key back into the box was not easy, however. We almost had to call her. Overall, nice place for the two of us. Thank you Mary Ann.

Wonderful Casita, Great location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Casita D. The neighborhood was quiet & the casita was excellent...comfortable, cheerful & airy and the kitchen was well stocked. We usually have opted for a hotel room in the past, but from now on, The Casas de Guadalupe will be our choice!!!

Excellent Service

Mary Ann was a great communicator. Info was timely, helpful, and the check-in/check-out process was very easy. Helpful suggestions for area activities and restaurants were provided. As a host, Mary Ann rates an A+. The casita (Casita D) was very clean with plenty of essentials (bathroom and kitchen supplies). The location couldn’t have been better for walking to the Plaza, shops and restaurants. The location also provided quick and easy access to the highways to the Opera house and the airport. Four of six rooms (living, kitchen, master bed, master bath) were well- appointed for a comfortable stay. The second bedroom and bathroom could use some de-cluttering and TLC to repair broken furniture, to refresh plaster and grout showing their age, and to provide some space for one’s personal belongings. The only small disappointment was the inability to use the outdoor space and enjoy the fresh air. The condition of the fence around the small patio and the patio’s location (street-facing and adjacent to parking) made it difficult to sit outside and enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning with any privacy. That said, the price was right and the casita had historical charm. Overall, Mary Ann’s hospitality made for a very enjoyable stay in Santa Fe.

Lovely Stay!

We loved our stay. We wanted a place where we could easily walk to the Plaza and Museums, but also be able to easily travel to the Opera. It was a few minutes walk to Plaza, and a few minutes drive to the Opera. Mary Ann was fantastic with all my questions and concerns over several phone calls. The Casita was immaculate, and complete with many extras. When we arrived there was a lovely thank you note with lots of information and suggestions for things to do in the area. I look forward to staying here again soon. Thank you Mary Ann for a memorable stay.

Great Spot!

This little cottage was great for our family of four and dog. We walked to downtown Santa Fe both nights we stayed. I would definitely try staying here again next time we come back. The property manager is very responsive and friendly.

Hi! My name is Mary Ann and I'm the property manager for Casas de Guadalupe. I began working in the hospitality industry after graduating with a Finance degree from UNM. After 20 years in the industry, my brother in law, Doug and two of his friends had purchased these properties. Doug was living on site and asked me to come and take a look at them. When I came out to Santa Fe to take a look at these casitas, I fell in love with them. 10 darling vacation rentals, all within the same complex, just off the plaza...what sales person could resist!! Come and experience the friendly people, the fantastic restaurants, museums and shops, and best of all the outdoor activities in and around Santa Fe!

Casita D is a great property for family and friends. The kitchen is easy to maneuver and has everything necessary to prepare a delicious meal (or warm up your delicious left overs from earlier in the day!). The kitchen counter has two bar stools and the den has a kiva fireplace. This casitas has two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other with a full size bed. The larger bedroom has an adjoining bathroom with a shower/tub. The second bathroom is located off of the kitchen (next to the bedroom) with a shower. The private patio is enclosed with coyote fencing, and parking is only steps away.

Walk to the plaza and enjoy all our shops, restaurants, museums and much, much more!

This property is located just off of Guadalupe which is one of the main streets that borders the Plaza. Once you cross Guadalupe, you will see lots of shops, restaurants and museums. Park is a very quiet street just off the beaten path. You can enjoy a day at the plaza, walk back to the casita and enjoy a quiet night on the patio. Or take a little walk to any of the nearby restaurants in the area. If you don’t feel like eating out, there are several grocery stores in the area. The kitchen is fully equipped making it easy to whip up a delicious meal of your very own!
