Beautiful Apartment Central To Santa Fe. 5 Minutes From City Center.

Entire apartment with two bedrooms, two queen beds. One full bathroom and one half bathroom off master suite. Gorgeous place, fully furnished with excellent Wifi, full kitchen, washer dryer, Cable and Roku TVs, Wifi, Aircon and stunning deck for relaxing. The Kiva fireplace is only for decoration, the chimney is blocked up. If the fireplace is used the guest will be responsible for costs for all damages inside the condo, including loss of earnings, and any damages to the building and other residents property.
Please know I am not a corporation or large vacation rental company. I maintain, clean and service both condos myself. You will never have an issue contacting me for any issue, big or small. Building has elevator and parking. 5 minute drive to Plaza, city center and Canyon Rd. If you are bringing children or a pet you must inform me at the time of booking. There is no pet fee, but there are pet rules. . Please note the condo is a 25 minute walk to the Plaza. It is, however, a 4 minute drive away. The condo is central to ALL Santa Fe sites of interest.

Please note that I pack up the balcony from December due to snow and wet weather and reopen in April.
Condo is on the 2nd floor. You may experience mild noise from the unit above, if you experience unreasonable noise please contact me immediately.
This is an ECO building. HVAC is set at 55-70 degrees in winter and 68-75 in summer.
The condo does NOT have a bath, only a shower.
Coffee and tea are supplied. Please contact me for any questions you might have. The property has video surveillance on the front door and on the back balcony for your security. There is no video inside the unit.

Property was very clean, nicely furnished and was well equipped. We enjoyed playing the board games provided. The property is conveniently located for exploring Santa Fe, which was 5 mins away by car. Also there were several large supermarkets just 2 mins away by car.

Great homebase for exploring Santa Fe!This apartment is just lovely. It is centrally located, squeaky clean and beautifully decorated. The host, Yvette, is so very easy to work with. I would come here any time I visited Santa Fe.

It’s a great property for my wife and I see the opera. It’s convenient to downtown and to the opera. The accommodations are clean and everything‘s convenient and all utensils and things that we need to work provided. we stayed there several times and always had a great time.

We enjoyed our stay. Great location, near the Railyard, plaza and restaurants , in a quiet neighborhood. Place was very clean and nicely appointed. Yvette communicated very well. We liked the porch and view of trees, and overall layout. Price was good value. Would come again.

The apartment was very clean, and well stocked with whatever we could want. Yvette was very personable, helpful, and responsive. Very good location with a spectacular view of the Sangre de Cristo mountains. Loved the screened in porch and spent a lot of time out there. Will return!!!

All went quite well for our stay. Communication was quick, a quick drive (and even a walk one day) into town, the place was large and modern with a nice patio area, full kitchen if needed. The only thing was the AC didn't seem to really kick in properly. Maybe we did something wrong but it felt kind of stuffy in there. Otherwise things were great.

Our stay at Yvette's place was really really nice. Communication was great during the whole process. The condo is well located, very clean, and very comfortable. Would recommend and would gladly stay there again!

We had a wonderful time at this apartment in Santa Fe. The place was very comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. Its location was incredibly convenient, just a short distance to the plaza and close to anything else you might need during your stay.Communication with the host was great and we would absolutely stay here again in the future and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Santa Fe.

Lovely, clean condo in santa fe. The host, Yvette Kay, thought of everything for a comfortable stay. 2 bathroom sinks & 2 toilets share a common shower. Very convenient for a couple or family. Soft sheets on the beds. The furnishings & balcony are nicely decorated. Yvette even had beverages waiting in the fridge upon arrival. Such a kind & thoughtful host. Highly recommend.
