Lakefront - Minutes from Guanella Pass, hiking and fishing!

Comfortable lake house with hot tub features a full kitchen, dining area, wi-fi and cable TV, gas fireplace, laundry, loft bedroom with queen bed, main floor bedroom with queen bed, second floor bedroom with bunk beds and a comfortable sofa in the living room area. Skylight windows with spectacular nighttime views of the mountain stars. Two bathrooms, one with a full tub and one with shower. Occasional views of the Georgetown Rocky Mountain Big Horn Sheep herd.

Easy access to multiple ski areas. Great outdoor activities year-round include trout fishing summer and winter, hiking on miles of mountain trails, mine tours, riding the historic Georgetown Loop railroad, summer white water rafting, winter ice races, ATV tours and touring the 22-mile Guanella Pass Scenic Byway.

Walk or ride to Georgetown's restaurants, galleries, museums and gift shops.

Please note that check-in is generally 3 PM and check-out is 11 AM. Alternate times are available on a case-by-case basis.

10 days is the maximum rental period.

Great Mountain Town Retreat

Great home on the lake and reasonable walk into town. Everything works, everything clean lots of little extras as well. Loved the guitar!

Relaxing.

Very nice place to relax, read, play games, fish. So nice, and quiet. Being next to the water was wonderful.

Great Location and great home

We enjoyed our stay in this home. It had everything we needed. We did a lot of hiking and some fishing...right out of the backyard. We brought our dog whom also loved the house and area. We would stay here again if in the area. The owners are very accommodating.

The property was extremely clean and had everything we needed. The hot tub was much appreciated (and clean) after a day's skiing. Perfect location . We were very very pleased.

Great place

The property is a great place to stay in Georgetown. It has everything we wanted and needed. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. It is an easy walk to downtown.

Great Stay

House was very well-stocked, full kitchen with all the things we needed to cook every night, and the views from the hot tub are hard to beat! Honestly cannot think of anything that was missing from our stay; end-to-end the entire experience was seamless.

Beautiful views and perfect setup

My family loved our stay this week! The house has the most beautiful views and is so close to the slopes if you’re wanting to ski. Had all the amenities you could need. Would absolutely stay here again.

Awesome spot!

We loved this house! Our 15 year old son spent hours fishing. We walked to restaurants and shops. It is in close proximity to hiking trails and awesome views everywhere we went! Having a full grocery store 15 minutes away in Idaho Springs was very helpful, as well. The house itself is set up wonderfully. We had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. The pups enjoyed it, too. Thank you for sharing your amazing house.

Great Location, Wonderful house

Listing is true to pics. Beds are excellent and house layout made it easy for out family and our dogs. Would recommend to anyone. Thank you for a great ski homebase.

Lake View

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Georgetown. This house by the lake was perfect for the four of us. The view off the deck was priceless. Combination of mountains and lake. The house was well equipped and very clean. We will return.

Wonderful plave

The home is right on the lake and walking distance to everything. We loved drinking coffe on the porch and fishing from the back years. Place was clean and great for our family. We would go back. The owners and property manager are very accommodating.

Amazing Winter Stay

The house was in great shape and exactly as advertised. The host checked in several times throughout the trip to make sure we were doing well and offered suggestions for things to do. We were able to work and the kids do remote school while enjoying the afternoon and weekends in the mountains. Would definitely come back again!

Tranquility and More

Our family loved our time here. The property has so much to offer. It has beauty and tranquility with the opportunity to have adventures. The house had everything we needed and then some. Beautiful, Clean and Spacious House!

This house was just perfect in every way! It has a spacious and cozy interior and a beautiful deck, yard and views outside. It was perfectly clean and had everything we needed. We skied at A-Basin and the drive was easy and short. Our walk into town was relaxing and close to the river. Our entire family had a marvelous time and we'll definitely be back soon!!

It's a great place to get away from the big city and unwind. Many mountain homes are 2 hours or more from Denver. This home is only about 45 minutes from Denver!
