On the La Quinta resort property with 40 pools, 5 golf courses, 6 restaurants, frequent evening entertainment in 2 venues, shopping, and amazing grounds and gardens. La Quinta Resort Hotel Spa Villa suites are premium properties directly on the hotel property.

PETS - Must be declared at initial reservation request. Small dogs are allowed with a $100/wk fee. Large dogs are not allowed. Failure to declare all pets is a violation of the rental contract and shall result in your immediate eviction.

NO SMOKING - There shall be no smoking of any kind inside, on the decks, at the front door or outside of our Villa. If you are a smoker, then please do not rent from us. The clothes and possessions of smokers are enough to cause smoke contamination.

OCCUPANTS - We will welcome a single family or couple. Multiple couples are not welcome. Exceptions to occupancy limits may be allowed during music festivals. All occupants must be declared at initial reservation request. Failure to declare all occupants is a violation of the rental contract and shall result in your immediate eviction.

Access to our personal washer/dryer will be made available to guests staying 4 or more nights.

Enjoy everything the resort has to offer. Exceptions are that La Quinta Resort reserves the right to restrict amenity access to hotel guests at the Resort’s discretion.

No interaction with owner.

Please note that the La Quinta Resort Hotel Spa Villa suites are premium properties directly on the hotel property. There are no other rental properties directly on the resort property. SECURITY CAMERA - A security camera monitors outside the front door. There shall be no expectation of privacy at the front door location. Guest compliance with their reservation contract will be verified.
