The view is stunning in a private and lush backyard complete with pool and hot tub. We even used the outdoor grill one night to chill in the comfort of this lovely home. The beds are comfortable, and the decor is fantastic. We would definitely consider staying here again. Bill and Brian are responsive and friendly hosts offering recommendations on dining when asked.

Great vacation getaway

We had everything we needed to enjoy a family vacation in Palm Springs. We especially loved the beautiful resort-like backyard, complete with lots of different living, lounging and play areas.

Perfect spring break spot!

Amazing Weekend in Palm Springs

This house was wonderful and the property manager was very responsive and helpful when we needed help with the pool controls! The house was perfect for our group of 6 and everything we hoped for and more. Staying in this gorgeous house made our long weekend in Palm Springs that much better. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Pandemic Getaway

We felt safe and extremely comfortable at this property. The colorful, mid-century indoor furnishings made us happy and the pool and hot tub and lounging furniture created a hotel poolside ambience and environment.

Perfect in Every Way!

My sister and I spent 10 days at this home and it was perfect in every way. Conveniently located, immaculate, great hosts and the backyard/pool area is beautiful and relaxing. Inside the home is a binder full of great information and things to do in Palm Springs. We will definitely stay here again!

Great outdoor space for any part of the year

My friends and I loved this rental. The house was very comfortable and well equipped for a weekend get-a-away. The outdoor spaces is amazing. Great pool and hot tub with shaded structures for the hot days. The location is close to downtown and the airport. Great place to stay for you Palm Springs vacation!

Great house!

The properties had everything we wanted. The pool was great and having the grass area next to it was awesome. We've stayed in Palm Springs 10 times and Brionne was the best property manager we've ever had by far. Also, the location was ideal and the best lawn chairs yet.

Beautiful home!

This home is absolutely gorgeous and was well outfitted with everything we needed for a relaxing spring break trip. Our family included a wide age range - seniors to adolescents - and we all had a fabulous time. Outdoor living at its finest, gorgeous mountain views and a fantastic location. Highly recommend!

Great Experience

The house was great for our family of 6 including 2 kids. It was very clean and nicely decorated with updated bathrooms and kitchen. The heated pool and hot tub was well worth the additional cost. The entire outdoor area was well maintained and furnished. We enjoyed our stay!

A Gem in Palm Springs

I absolutely loved our stay at this property! The pool and spa were amazing, and we practically lived in it all weekend. The view of San Jacinto mountain is beautiful from the backyard, patio furnishing have been upgraded since pictures were taken. You can tell the owners take pride in their home and hosting families. We will be back!!

Great house and amazing outside area!

Perfect house for family vacation. Stayed here with 3 generations and everyone was very comfortable. The pictures don’t do the yard area justice. The grounds are well kept and the setting was beautiful. And we got to bring our 4 legged friend! The hosts were very easy to communicate with and made checkin and out very simple. Definitely would come back!

Perfect Holiday Getaway

Our family of 4 had a wonderful time during our stay. The house was perfect and felt so “Palm Springs.” Super close to everything, including the airport and downtown where there are great restaurants and shopping. The outdoor space was heaven! A beautiful view of the mountains from the privacy of an enclosed courtyard with so much beauty and ambiance. The home was well appointed and had everything we needed. I highly recommend!

Wonderful stay over Christmas - perfect for a family Palm Springs getaway!

We stayed over Christmas break and found the property as advertised and very clean and comfortable with all the amenities well thought out. Our host Brionne was kind enough to even have a Xmas tree for us in the living room and was quick to respond to any questions. The pool and jacuzzi were a big hit and so was the outdoor fireplace. It felt like home away from home to all of us. I would highly recommend this to anyone considering visiting Palm Springs!

Our Palm Springs Girls Getaway

This property offered everything we needed and more! The outdoor living areas were amazing. Such a comfortable and cozy place! The indoor furnishings were so tun. We felt like we were taken back in time. Everything we had planned to do was located close by. We all were totally enchanted by our stay at the Del Paso Way home!

Amazing vacation spot!

The family came here for a weekend getaway and the house was even better than we expected. I am a nice hotel type of person and was a little hesitant about a VRBO rental but this place was awesome. The home was in a great location in a safe and clean neighborhood. The inside of the house had everything you could’ve needed and was cozy. The backyard was the best part though! 100% worth the money. We will definitely be back.

Great Backyard!

Our family of 4 had a lovely weekend at this home. The backyard is wonderful and even better than the photos with upgraded outdoor furniture. Our particular weekend it was to windy so we didn’t use the fire pit. The grass areas are really nice. We had the pool heated fir an additional charge. The hones interiors were nicely appointed and clean.

The house was very clean and tastefully decorated. It's stocked with anything you would need to cook/clean. The outdoor space was really nice and very spacious. The host was very responsive and ensured we had everything we needed. The master bathroom did have some type of leak around the toilet which was reported and acknowledged by the property manager. The only downfall is the location of the house. We did experience a lot of noise from the overhead air traffic. The planes start very early in the morning (5:00/5:30 am) and go all day long. Other than this the place was really nice.

Will return

My partner and I have rented many homes in Palm Springs over the years and this backyard is about as good as it gets. House isn’t large but the layout is good with little to no wasted space. We loved having access to the 3-car garage. Brionne was very attentive and friendly from check in to check out. I’m co-owner of a large real estate firm and very particular- trust me, this home won’t disappoint!
