Bedroom one is a king ensuite with Smart TV and private bathroom. Bedrooms two and three each have king beds and are a perfect resting spot for the night.

Great House & Great Time

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was very nice and had everything we needed to make meals. Perfect set up for us staying downstairs and Son & family had the upstairs! Our Grandchildren loved how close it was to the park!! We would definitely stay here again.?

Perfect multigenerational family getaway

We stayed here with our two kids (7 and 4) and one set of grandparents. The set up with two king suites and the kids’ room with two twins was perfect. Furnishings were updated and great; beds were super comfortable. The house is stocked with everything you need. The house backs onto Fort Rock Park, and is an easy 1.5 miles to the village. The property manager is also top notch. Easy check in and check out procedures and the property was very clean. We will definitely stay here again (if it’s not booked up!)

Snow and sun in Sunriver!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great family vacation at 7 Grouse. We were blessed with a great house that has a wonderful layout for a couple of families to share. PLUS we got lots of snow for playing... and the hot tub for warming up!

A little dated, but clean home

The kitchen was very well stocked and the home is overall well appointed with all the extra fans, blankets, pillows, etc that you may need. The furnishings and decor are dated and the mattresses a bit hard for our taste. Location is very central and great for access to Ft Rock Park. Hot tub was clean. We used our own bikes, but I did see that there were a few in the garage for tenant use.

Great place to stay- Highly recommend it!

Nice spacious home in great location with fairly private back yard. Great open floor plan with Gourmet kitchen, dining and living room. 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with a hot tub on the back deck. We had a great time!

Great place

Great time spent in this cabin. Deck was big for our group to just relax and hangout. Inside was very clean and big open area. Multiple bathrooms was definitely a plus. Would definitely stay here again and again

Great getaway for the family

Great Value at Fort Rock Park

Other reviewers have noted the home and furnishings are a little dated, which is true, but for the price and location you can't go wrong. The park is basically in your back yard. The giant downstairs master is perfect if you need a sanctuary from the kids or a place to work occasionally. The second master upstairs is spacious and has nice views of the surrounding trees. The home is at the back of the cul-de-sac and there is zero auto traffic seen or heard. The only issue we had is that the first time we tried to use the oven, we discovered it didn't work. Bennington was super responsive and brought us a countertop oven. It was also odd to us that the house was stocked with only a "starter" supply of toilet paper and trash bags, definitely not enough for a week. We were hoping to minimize trips to the store due to COVID-19 but had to pick up more TP and trash bags. Maybe this is just carry-over from when TP was hard to get? Not a big deal, just strange. Bring your own TP from home. We left the next guests some trash bags :) This is a great home though if you have small kids who want to be at the park constantly and are looking for a fair price. Our kids loved it and are already asking when we can go back.

Wonderful SR family get-away

This is the second time we have rented this property and loved it every bit as much as the first time we stayed. Clean, spacious and everything we could ask for.

Great time in Sunriver

The house is fine. plenty of room for 3 large guys..tight for 4. Kitchen is nice. Beds are great. Everything worked to perfection except the hot tub. It was more like a hot springs. One of our biggest concerns/requests was having a newer/big hot tub and the tub at Grouse was just fair. The driveway was tough to get up if you don't have a 4 wheel drive. Very narrow. The rest of the house/stay was GREAT. Can't tell you how refreshing it was to have the Bennington people follow through with any concerns/requests we had. I mean these people took pride in making sure we were having a GREAT time!! That means a lot to me. I've rented through other companies and Bennington is BY FAR the best. We would probably rent a different place due to the old hot tub but we will rent through Bennington. We are counting the days till we can get back to Sunriver!! Magical!!!

We loved the stocked kitchen, it had pretty much anything you could think of that you would want in a kitchen! We also loved having fires in the wood burning fireplace, so relaxing!! We would definitely stay here again! Also, property managers were so helpful that I would definitely stay in any of their properties again! They knew it was my husband's birthday and they left a card and a bottle of wine on the counter for us, and they resolved anything that wasn't exactly right immediately, just loved them!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a fantastic property! I only have a few small things to point out that should be upgraded for such a nice house. 1. Coffee Maker badly needs to be replaced, grounds ended up in the coffee every time. I left a new package of filters since there was only two when we arrived. 2. The grill needs to be upgraded. This house should have a much nicer grill than the dilapidated one still in use. The floor plan is terrific so that two sets of adults can have their own space, one upstairs, one downstairs. The upstairs are also has its own den and couch, which was very nice. Despite my criticism of two very small things I think should be upgraded, this is a great house.
