Thank You for your review, Lisa! A new dryer has been installed (Aug 2020) and a Breville multipurpose oven has been added to the kitchen. There are oven instructions on the right side of the range, I am sorry that you experienced issues with operation. ANYTIME you stay with us, please do not hesitate to call if there is anything that you need help are here and happy to assist with anything you may need to make your trip worry free! So glad that you enjoyed this scenic spacious home and that it was the perfect space for your event!

Amy, We thank you for bringing this to our attention. Thank you for recognizing the hard work that our housekeepers do in the homes. We do not rent this home to guests with pets and therefore it is advertised correctly. We would hope that all policies were followed during a stay. With the safety protocol of no contact check in and check out, it does hinder the monitoring capability. We hope that will consider visiting Sunriver again.
