We had a fabulous annual family ski trip staying at this home. It is a perfect location for the bus stop (1 house down) and so close to town. Everything was very clean, and the kitchen well stocked. It was also very appreciated that some basic cooking items (spices, sugar, coffee filters, oil, mayo, etc.) were allowed to be left behind in the event that we forgot something or that we didn't want to throw away new items we bought. We will definately stay here again when we return to Breck

We had great stay at Wapiti Lodge. We do rent houses trough VRBO quite often but until now we never stayed in a house this well stocked and prepared for tenets. House accommodated 4 families (11 guest) and it was more than enough space for everyone. Kate ( owner) was great with communication and pleasing all of our additional requests. Highly recommending renting this house to everyone, you will have a blast! If we stay next year in Breckenridge we are definitely staying at this house. Thank you Kate, Rich and Janet!

Terrific home for our men's annual ski event. Very comfortable and extremely well equipped. Easy access and communication. Katie is very responsive and her instructions for everything are very helpful. Janett is equally accessible. Our ten guys fit with room to spare. The Free Bus stop up the street is only a three minute walk in ski boots and drops you right at the lift. Great place.

Family Trip to Breck!

Our stay at this property was more than we could have asked for! The home had all the amenities and space that we needed to accommodate our family and with easy access to town. The owner and manager were a joy to work with, both in the reservation process and during our time in Breck.

Great house and location. Had issues with trash and a dryer that was inoperable for 5 nights of our

6 day stay.

We are so disappointed and sorry that we could not deliver the typical 5 star experience that our guests at Wapiti Lodge experience. We try very hard to make that happen. But Mike is right - there were trash issues and no dryer for 5 days. A pesky, persistent bear around our trash (after talking to the Colorado wildlife folks) forced us to ask the guests to keep the trash in the ski room. The dryer died on us right before Mike and the guests checked in. We lost two days since it was the weekend and then the part had to come from Denver. We hope Mike and his guests will come back and give us another chance and, again, we are very sorry this happened.

Beautiful place to stay in Breckinridge

We had a family gathering with 4 generations and really enjoyed the house and the property. It was quiet but close enough to town to enjoy both. We enjoy to cooking together and loved the large, very well equipped kitchen. The swing set was great for our toddler, and the hot tub was nice. The bedrooms were all comfortable and nicley appointed.

The house was perfect and easily accommodated our party of 11, including a toddler and an infant. The lifts are all a quick shuttle ride away and the stop is just two doors down from the house. Very well stocked kitchen!

Incredible Winter Wonderland Family Home

Cannot say enough positive things about Karen and this property. Pictures are very accurate. I was worried there would not be enough space for our family of 16, and it was PERFECT! We had the BEST time!
