Come enjoy our wonderful vacation home in Breckenridge. As renters ourselves for many years and as owners who enjoy staying at Wapiti Lodge as much as we can, we have furnished, equipped and 'amenitized' our home with YOUR stay in mind. We have taken all the personal touches that you get with a second home and combined them with the professionalism that you would expect from a property management to give you the best rental experience in Breckenridge.

Our home is 4000 square feet, with 8 Bedrooms (4 are master suites), 6 Bathrooms, a great room, a family room and a game room with a pool/ping-pong table. It sleeps up to 18 (14 adults max.) and has plenty of room inside and out. Relax in the hot tub after a hard day of skiing or hiking. Curl up with a book by a warm fire. Challenge a friend to a game of pool. Tackle a 1000 piece puzzle. Sit on the swing in the backyard and listen to the Blue River as it runs by. Watch one of your favorite old movies on the 47 inch HDTV. Have fun cooking a meal for friends and family in a kitchen that has everything you need. And then there is the town of Breckenridge with all it has to offer. At Wapiti Lodge you are just a short walk to town and the Free Ride Breckenridge's free bus service) bus stop is one door up.

There are eight bedrooms. Six are upstairs. They are:

1) Master #1:King bed, private bath and private balcony, HDTV/DVD (2)
2) Master #2:Queen bed, private bath and private balcony, HDTV (2)
3) Master #3:Queen bed and private bath, HDTV (2)
4) Master #4:Queen bed and private bath, HDTV/DVD (2)
5) The 5th bedroom has two twin beds (2)
6) The 6th bedroom has a queen bed (2)

There are two bedrooms downstairs. They are:
7) The 7th bedroom has a queen bed and lofts XL twin, en suite sink (2)
8) The 8th bedroom has a queen bed and two lofted twin XL beds, share downstairs bathroom (4)


Wapiti Lodge has a great room with a wood burning fireplace (wood provided), a family room with 47 inch HDTV (with expanded channels) and a DVD player as well as a game room with a pool/ping pong table. All master suites have their own flat screen HDTV. Two of the master bedrooms also have DVD players. The fully equipped kitchen is large and open to the dining room and great room for optimal socializing with the cook(s). The dining room has two tables that can be arranged for your group's needs. Twelve chairs are around the tables and there are 6 padded folding chairs which can be brought in if needed. The dining room also has a bar console for you to set up for cocktails out of the way of the cooks. The kitchen counter bar has seating for four. The house has several child friendly amenities including two pac-n-plays, booster seat, table and chairs and sleds. The backyard has a children’s jungle gym and swing set. There are two decks with deck furniture.

The pantry/utility room has a large capacity washer and dryer, laundry sink and plenty of storage room . The house has two 75 gallon hot water heaters so you’ll have more than enough hot water for everyone in your group. The kitchen has two ovens, a 5 burner gas cook top, 2 microwaves, dishwasher and a Sub Zero refrigerator. A second full sized refrigerator is in the game room.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you would need to cook and serve for 20.

Breckenridge is the ideal location for both summer and winter vacations. It puts you in the middle of world class skiing, snowboarding, fishing, and golfing, so whatever the season there is always a reason for Breckenridge.
