Older farmhouse, clean, soacious and efficient, nice host, laundry is a big bonus! 2 bathrooms is slso great! One recommendation is a few nicer pots for cooking.

Tom was a very responsive and lovely host. The farmhouse was clean and spacious, with a lot of great character that made it an experience to stay there. It was a quiet and peaceful place to reat and recharge after visiting Bryce Canyon. The local restaurants were very good and the the general store had a big selection of foods so you don't have to go far for supplies. Kitchen and laundry were boh very helpful.Wholeheartedly recommended by my family and if we return to Bryce, this is the first place I will look to stay.

Very easy check-in and arrival. Old home, but very comfortable. Kitchen well stocked regarding needed appliances. Comfortable sitting room for family time. Bedrooms were comfortable but not extra big, Definitely not an issue since we were there to get out and see the area. Short drive to Bryce Canyon. Great Pizza just down the street. Would stay again if I travel to the area in the future.

Quaint little farmhouse on the edge of town. Very quiet neighborhood. Home was clean & stocked with essentials. Worked perfectly for a home base as we explored & hiked Bryce Canyon. Host communicated well, especially as we dealt with a boil alert due to waterline issues from the flash flood the day before we arrived.

Such an adorable house exactly what we needed . My only regret we did not stay longer. Big comfy sofa newer washer and dryer we did not make any meals on site but kitchen has everything you need.

The house was located in a very quiet, peaceful area. It was an older house and had some quirks like slow draining sinks and plumbing, but it was comfortable. It was also a bit dusty. A/C worked well, the kitchen was well stocked, and washer and dryer were good. The back porch was also very nice.

What a perfect stay we had. Everything was great. Beautiful secluded area with everything we needed. The house felt like a home away from home. The deer on the lawn, the horses next door and spacious surroundings. Our host, Tom, was excellent. Making sure we were doing ok and providing a great experience. Fully stocked kitchen, clean and tidy bathrooms and comfortable bedrooms. 1000 times better than a hotel. Thanks for everything Tom

The home was as advertised, clean, quiet, comfortable and was close to Bryce Canyon NP. We enjoyed seeing the deer in the yard and the beautiful area. I would recommend staying here and if I come back to Bryce Canyon I would stay here.

Loved this place, a charmer indeed. As a larger group we used all the beds and had no complaints. We appreciated the big couch and numerous board games. The local recommendations were great and the kitchen was well stocked, as were the bathrooms (very happy that one shower was remodeled for taller guests). Convenient to Bryce Canyon and Red Canyon.

We loved the 1930’s farmhouse in Tropic. The property is just as listed. We enjoyed the front porch, grassy yard and fully equipped kitchen. Property is a short drive to many parks. Tropic has a fabulous playground too. We would stay at the Farmhouse again!

Great little farmhouse pretty close to Bryce Canyon and other state parks (Grand staircase and Kodachrome). I think it took us about 20 minutes to get to all of those. Listing was accurate and the house fit what we needed perfectly. Lots of comfortable sitting space in the living room for when we got back from long hikes. Communication with Tom was easy and the whole process was simple. Many deer in the yard each day for some fun viewing. Great little house that had everything we needed.
