Although an older property, it was very clean and accommodating. For the price, would’ve preferred a washer and dryer. Host was responsive.

It was the perfect location for our trip. Everything was just as it was described. We enjoyed coffee on the patio in the morning and looking at the stars at night. Very quiet and clean. Perfect!

Great location for hiking. Close to restaurants in Tropic. Very comfortable accommodation for the four of us. The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of other amenities available to us.

Adequate stay, but the living room furniture is broken and there’s nothing comfortable about the folding chairs at the dining table. The kitchen is stocked with some utensils that will get you by, but the pots and pans are a joke! We had to scrub a pot with vinegar and grit to make it usable. Don’t plan to cook here. The fly issue was another story, but we asked our host Emily for fly paper and she was quick to respond. She even got the refrigerator light replaced pronto! The host was fantastic, but the house is lackluster.

About a ten minute drive to a convenience store.. 20 plus minutes to get groceries. Not much in local restaurants. That being said. Nobody bothered us for the three days we were there and if the skies are clear the view is amazing

Stayed here with another couple. Perfect size for the four of us. We were here to hike Bryce Canyon. It was about 30 minutes into the park. We stopped at St. George for food and beverages, although the neighboring town, Tropic, actually had a decent market. The house was sparkling clean. We enjoyed the front porch and hung out quite a bit there. It was a no thrills place but honestly absolutely perfect for our stay.

Very clean, very well-stocked kitchen, plus big linen closet with all kinds of supplies.Quiet location, comfortable beds and nice ensuite baths.Good location to Bryce.Also, nice drive down the road to beautiful Kodachrome Basin State Park with the loveliest little visitor center. Also a beautiful drive to Escalante.

Only 30 minutes from Bryce in a small town. Accommodation was as expected and dinner at IDK BBQ was great

Nice place near Bryce

We stayed 2 nights at the cozy cottage and it was just as advertised - clean, comfortable and functional. The extra bathroom was a bonus. We enjoyed hikes at both Bryce and Kodachrome Basin.

Perfect home away from home - and SUPER clean!

Very clean and stocked house. 20 minute drive to Bryce Canyon and 1/2 block from a very friendly visitor center.

Enjoyed the Cozy Cottage

The Cozy Cottage was perfect for our group. It is spacious and very tidy with comfortable beds and a very well stocked kitchen. It's location off Hwy 12 was very convenient for our day trips to Bryce Canyon National Park. Thank you for everything.

Bryce Canyon tour

This two bedroom home was conveniently located near Bryce Canyon entrance. Local restaurants and laundromat were nearby and a good value. This views at Bryce were amazing. The hiking was great. The home was a great place to rest and have breakfast in the morning.

A great clean quiet, scenic place close to beautiful places.

A sure winner in all cases. Many starting side adventure day trips. 2 couples from Tennessee enjoying southern Utah.

Felt like home.

We stayed 3 nights after a visit to Bryce canyon and before going to Kodachrome. Location was great. EVERYTHING you could need was there. The place was spotless. Nearby restaurant and grocery store were just a short drive.

Relaxing, quiet getaway

This was a perfect location for us four adults. But would easily accommodate six :) Accommodations were lovely and nicely decorated. All the modern amenities, even though it's an older home. Quiet neighborhood but had everything we needed to help us explore Bryce Canyon with friends.

Cozy Cottage was fantastic

Location is excellent, only a few minutes to Bryce Canyon, where we spent multiple days exploring. The house was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and very well stocked. You can tell the considerstion put in to setting up this house. We felt very much at home at the end of each day. Definitely a 5-star offering.
