2 bedroom, 2 bath oceanfront condo located in the heart of Wrightsville Beach within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants.

This property experienced an extensive custom remodel and boasts elegant baths with walk-in tile shower in the master bath and tub with glass enclosure in the guest bath. The master bedroom has a king bed, access to the ocean front balcony, and a full bathroom. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed. Each bedroom also has a TV for your convenience. There is a full bathroom in the hall. The living room has seating for the whole family, and a fully stocked kitchen. The bar has ample seating for you and your group as well!

***Beginning Labor Day through Memorial Day Station One renovations are permitted Monday - Saturday 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Guests may experience daytime noise in and around the building during the posted times as enhancements are made.

This is a great vacation property. It was clean and very nicely appointed. It's in a great location overlooking the beach and within a very short walk of restaurants. It also has a very nice pool. We highly recommend!

The location is perfect with beautiful views of Wrightsville Beach. After hours check in was easy. The condo was very clean and well stocked for our stay. Can’t wait to return.

Station One is a great location on Wrightsville beach. Easy access to restaurants and shopping. Most of the condos have been updated and look great. The facilities are always clean. I am always happy with my stays in Station One.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. However, the couch was very worn and had and odor to it. The bed mattresses were not that comfortable. The updated to the kitchen and bathrooms were very nice.

Ocean view is excellent; great beach, clean pool, nice outdoor storage for beach stuff. Unit was pretty clean, food and stuff under outdoor furniture. Might want to leave more TP, 2 rolls for 7 people for a week!? But front desk was good at arranging delivery of more. Bring your own soap, shampoo, etc. all in all great spot if waterfront is your number one priority. I would book again.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stay in unit 4 weeks (2 in Oct and 2 in Dec). Comforters on beds dirty with bodily stains, furniture dirty too. Also oven. Shower door broken and tub clogged. Brought all to housekeeping attn. post Oct stay but none were fixed by Dec. Otherwise nice unit. Silverware and glasses/mugs sparse.

Elevators provide easy access to a great pool and of course Wrightsville Beach. Very close to local attractions and restaurants. Make sure you get some tacos at Tower 7. I will book this unit again.

Perfect Beach vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great weather made our week at Wrightsville Beach delightful. The full moon on the water started us off in style. The comfortable balcony furniture was very useful because we had ocean breezes of 10-20 mph all week long. Since schools were in session. we had an uncrowned beach for the week with perfect beach weather. Intracoastal was great as usual. We started renting from them 30 years ago, and even though it has been over 15 years since our last rental, service was as good as always. Others mentioned the denim covered sofa as dated. Our son loved it because it reminded him of our denim furniture when he was growing up in the 90s. We felt like the unit was very homey and we especially appreciated the ceiling fans with the 90 degree heat.

Best Place for our Vacation!

Reviewer Comments: It was great. Our condo was awesome and our stay was great. I will say the key situation was a little weird. Some keys worked on some doors and not on others. I wish there was a key FOB system in place so that keys were not needed. My only real issue was the lack of seating on our porch. That could be updated and maybe increased? Other than that all was good with our stay and we cannot wait for next year! Thank you!
