Completely renovated and finely restructured, this luminous and cozy apartment, has 3 double bedrooms with A.C., 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen where 6 people can sit easily.
The location is inside one of the most characteristic and wonderful neighborhoods of Rome, where you can enjoy the typical roman lifestyle and taste the famous italian kitchen with many good restaurants nearby.
You can easily walk to the main monuments such as the Colosseum, Trevi’s Fountain, Piazza Navona and St. Peter’s Square, as well as to the main shopping streets. The apartment is just a few steps from Trilussa Square and St Mary in Trastevere, one of the centers of Roman nightlife and, at the same time, in a position that allows quiet during night hours. There are also a supermarket and many small shops nearby, where you can find everything you may need.
There are connections by bus and tram to the other areas of the city, to the main train station (Termini) and, by train, to Fiumicino Airport.
Get enchanted by this ancient neighborhood, where even the tiniest street hides a wonderful romantic story to discover.

Fantastic apartment - so large and clean!! Wonderful location! Great welcome by host Marco and communication throughout. It is in the heart of trastaverre and so close to a million restaurants and bars but still super quiet!!! Highly recommend.

Check in was quick & efficient. Flat was in a great location with numerous options for dining out steps away. Great part of town with quaint streets to wander and get lost.

This apartment was perfect for our family of 5 with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, room to sit and an elevator to get to it on the upper floor, if needed. Marco met us there and was very prompt with any inquiry - before and during our trip. We walked to all the tourist sites from the apartment and the area is very lively - especially at night! Would definitely stay again.

Marco was an amazing host. We had a wonderful time. The apartment was in a great location and was perfect for our family especially as were were traveling with teenagers! The recommendation for the restaurant next door was terrific also! We would definitely stay again if we were back in Rome. Thank you Marco!!

This is a good property, but I don’t think it’s a luxury apartment. While there are two bathrooms, one of them is so small as to be almost unusable. The apartment is otherwise extremely spacious and in good condition. Marco was a good host and was very patient in waiting for us to arrive after we were delayed. The location in Trastevere is good. Overall, it was a good stay and the apartment has good value.

The apartment was clean and spacious, and in a great neighborhood. Marco was a fabulous host. He gave very helpful details directions to get to the apartment, met us there upon our arrival, gave a helpful walkthrough of the apartment and the appliances, and was very responsive when we had questions during our stay. Wonderful experience!

Great apartment, great host and fantastic location to visit anywhere in Rome. Trastevere is full of restaurants, too many to visit them all sadly. Vin Allegro 15m away is a gem. Cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you Marco.

Very comfortable apartment in lively Trastevere.

Recently remodeled spacious apartment for up to 6. Excellent location for transportation, restaurants, and shopping. Marco was always available and excellent owner/concierge.

Amazing stay

We loved staying at Marco’s place, communication was great. Location was fantastic, close to everything but not in the chaos of it all. We had 4 adults and had plenty of space to sprawl out. Also close to the taxi station so getting anywhere when you’re tired of walking was easy. Thank you for your hospitality Marco!

Close to everything. Great neighborhood

My family and I loved our stay. We walked to all the major sites in Rome. Lots of great resteraunts near by. Grocery store also in walking distance.

While the apartment is spacious—offering good-sized bedrooms and a large kitchen in a central location—it falls drastically short of the "luxury" description advertised.Communication & Safety:During a complete power outage, the host (Marco) ignored our calls and texts entirely. We had to go downstairs to ask a local restaurant waiter for assistance. The waiter ended up communicating with the host (who was out of town) and helped us locate the circuit breaker—which was hidden behind a picture frame in an open wall cutout with exposed wiring. The host later defended his lack of communication by stating Vrbo is not a 24-hour hotel and didn't check in on us until days later.Cleanliness & Maintenance:•The washing machine detergent drawer was caked in black mold.•A hot-air hairdryer brush provided in the bathroom was left full of long, tangled hair from previous guests.•The main bathroom vanity was missing a drawer handle entirely, leaving exposed screw holes.•Instead of fresh toiletries, we were left with partially used, mismatched bottles from past guests.•Only one roll of toilet paper was provided per bathroom for a 6-night stay across a 3-bedroom apartment, forcing us to buy our own paper products on day two.Layout Misrepresentation:The secondary bathroom is so small that sitting on the toilet places you directly against the sink, with a shower enclosure that is barely functional. Towels were a mismatched assortment of bright neon colors rather than luxury linens

Regarding the alleged electrical issue, we would like to clarify that there was no electrical fault or malfunction in the apartment. We are sorry for any inconvenience experienced and understand the desire for more immediate assistance, but we believe it is important to clarify that there was no electrical problem requiring resolution. We also feel that the comments regarding the amenities, linens, bathroom, and products were disproportionate, although we consider them an opportunity for improvement. We are always available to resolve any issues during a stay when they are reported promptly. We are sorry that the experience did not meet the guests’ expectations and wish them all the best.
