Marco is an extremely good host. Questions we had about the property were immediately answered. He even scheduled our driver to and from the airport. The place is located in a quiet area in Trastevare, but close to everything. We walked easily to multiple historic sites. The food in Trastevare is also excellent. We were there on a family vacation, 4 adults and 1 child. A very good place to stay and an excellent host.

This apartment was perfect for our family of 5 with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, room to sit and an elevator to get to it on the upper floor, if needed. Marco met us there and was very prompt with any inquiry - before and during our trip. We walked to all the tourist sites from the apartment and the area is very lively - especially at night! Would definitely stay again.

The recommendation for the restaurant next door was terrific also! We would definitely stay again if we were back in Rome. Thank you Marco!!

Last-minute booking. Very responsive host and super easy check-in. The apartment is in an excellent location. It is on the third floor and serviced by a small lift. It has three spacious bedrooms, a kitchen with table and chairs and a small seating area in the hallway. The listing is misleading as the apartment is described as a 'Luxury Apartment'. There is nothing luxurious about this apartment. It is a basic, dated and tired apartment that would benefit from a refurbishment of all areas. On this basis, I'd be happy to stay there again, but only if the price was lower and reflected the property.

This is a good property, but I don’t think it’s a luxury apartment. While there are two bathrooms, one of them is so small as to be almost unusable. The apartment is otherwise extremely spacious and in good condition. Marco was a good host and was very patient in waiting for us to arrive after we were delayed. The location in Trastevere is good. Overall, it was a good stay and the apartment has good value.

The apartment was clean and spacious, and in a great neighborhood. Marco was a fabulous host. He gave very helpful details directions to get to the apartment, met us there upon our arrival, gave a helpful walkthrough of the apartment and the appliances, and was very responsive when we had questions during our stay. Wonderful experience!

Great apartment, great host and fantastic location to visit anywhere in Rome. Trastevere is full of restaurants, too many to visit them all sadly. Vin Allegro 15m away is a gem. Cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you Marco.
