Wonderful place to stay. Great location. The property is beautiful and well cared for. The staff on property were wonderful and kind. The room/condo itself is truly beautiful. Clean, well furnished and honestly a great location especially if you have kids with a great view and ocean view. Would stay again!

The house is great with a large common areas. The large bathrooms were a huge plus. The location is central and great to get to everything on the island.

Great Vacation Spot

The property was beautiful! Just like the photos. The unit was also beautiful and spacious! Loved having 3 bathrooms. Unfortunately, there was a problem with the air conditioning. We chose this listing because it advertised air conditioning. We needed it for the nighttime because of the torrential rain and it did not work. We tried to reach out to the host, but only not AI responses.

Our stay at the resort was fantastic. The accommodations exceeded our expectations. Location was amazing with easy access to the beach right out front. The kids were in the pool everyday enjoying the waterslide. The onsite amenities were great, allowing us to make our own meals and do laundry when needed (so much mud with all our waterfall hikes!). We loved the proximity to the grocery store, some local restaurants and activities. Would 10 out of 10 stay here again. thanks!

Beautiful property and room

The room is spacious and was a wonderful retreat for a week in Kauai. The pool and beach views and access were amazing!

Highly Recommend

This unit at Waipouli Beach Resort is fantastic. So clean! Great location. I’ve stayed in at least 4 other units at WBR and I would stay at this one again.

Wonderful stay!

This property was a complete and overall wonderful experience. The view and amenity’s we spot on . Easy access to pool, beach, shopping and wonderful restaurants. Although the on-site restaurant is only open a few days a week, you will know why when you eat there. This place sets the bar for fresh one of a kind food and drinks. We had a great time,

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Great Stay!

Rooms and location were great. We have stayed at this resort several times and been in many different buildings. This unit did lack some of the amenities that other units included. We expected to find items like beach chairs included in the deal. Cooking was difficult due to a shortage of pans and spices.

Great Condo - Well Maintained Property

My family and I had a great stay in this condo. Listing is as described. Although Kapaa can look a bit run down, the complex itself is beautifully maintained. I couldn’t get over how quiet it was too. 20 years ago when we stayed in a condo just down the street, the roosters would wake me up. Not here though. You won’t be disappointed if you rent this.

lovely unit but...

The unit is beautifull but only 1 grill by the pool worked and wifi was terrible loosing connection frequently. No beach frendly perks such as coolers or chairs, etc that we have found at another unit we stayed in years ago.

Lovely, spacious condo

Unit was exactly as described--very clean, lots of room, nice kitchen. Nice pools and jacuzzis for use, and beach towel service is appreciated. Water slides are small and short, probably fun mostly for the under-10 crowd. Note: although located on the beach, when we were there the ocean was not swim-able, due to waves and rocks underfoot. Had to drive to other beaches to swim and boogie board. Would have been nice to have known check-out time in advance (I emailed and no one ever got back to me) rather than being met by cleaning lady at 9:30am on last morning!

We provide check-in and checkout times multiple times prior to arrival and also send a reminder message the day before departure outlining checkout time. This must have been missed, so that would explain the confusion. Our cleaning team knocked on the door at 10 am (checkout time) and not 9:30 am as we do our best not to disturb our guests unnecessarily. Fantastic room and view of the pool

This 2 bedroom worked out super well for a family of 4 and 2 grandparents. Enough privacy to not feel like you're on each other's toes, and a nice common kitchen / living room. The view of the pool was clutch because we could see the kids area of the pool easily

Incredible condo with fantastic views

Huge, spacious condo with high end appliances, comfortable furnishings and an incredible view. Grounds are beautifully landscaped and close to shopping and restaurants. Pool is geared towards younger kids (only 4.5 ft at deepest) but was fun.

Be prepared

There are a few essentials that you could easily bring with you, saving a trip to the grocery store. Basket style coffee filters, powdered dishwasher detergent and powdered laundry detergent would be helpful— you are only left a few day’s worth.

Awesome Time

The unit is right on the pool super clean and has everything you need to make your vacation perfect. Walking distance to Safeway, next to the garbage so your not dragging it across the property and right by the elevator. Will stay again. Everything was on point

Great property for Families

Great family rooms and pool. Perfect for families. Large kitchen and Safeway across the street for home cooking; or walk to restaurants close by. Bike/run path near by is added bonus. 2nd time staying on property. First time with VBRO. Just note that owner serves don’t not respond/reply to any concerns and issues. Communication with rental management was ok but in the end they pulled thru with a respond to an emergency work order request….battery safe died on Christmas with all our wallets and passports locked inside. Would stay at property again.
