Beach Me Up Scotty! is a cozy and affordable 2 bedroom, 2 & 1/2 bath, 1200 sq ft home. Located on oceanside and within a short walking distance to the ocean. There is a large sidewalk across from the house for bikes or walking that will take you to many local shops. , Master bedroom has a queen bed with joining full bath. Second bedroom has a full bed with twin trundle. Another full bathroom in the hallway. The living room has large open ceilings with large front windows for great views. A extra family room /game room with 1/2 bath and a pull out sleep sofa is located on the lower level. The open kitchen has a bar that seats 2 and dinning table that seats 6. There is a outside shower and a fish cleaning station under the house as well as a charcoal grill in the yard.
-WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND TRAVEL INSURANCE so that you are protected from any unexpected circumstances that may keep you from being able to keep your reservation. Insurance is offered when booking or you can look online for the best travel insurance for you. While we understand that emergencies happen, the reason for cancellation does not change our cancellation or refund policy. Travel insurance will help reimburse you for your costs if you are not able to keep your reservation and your cancellation does not qualify for a refund under our cancellation policy. Travel insurance is easy to purchase and can save you a lot of frustration and money in the event that you cannot keep your reservation. Please be aware that Hatteras Island is in an area that has frequent tropical activity (hurricanes, tropical storms, etc.) and that Dare County does not always issue an evacuation order for these events. If you do not want to keep your reservation if a storm event is approaching we cannot refund your payment without an official evacuation order. Travel insurance will help you cover costs that we cannot refund. We cannot stress how important it is to purchase travel insurance. Please be sure to look online to find the best policy for you.

I have vacationed in the outer banks for years within Kitty Hawk & Nags Head area. Several years ago I decided to go further south with friends to Hatteras Island to spend a week. What a difference, the beaches were less crowed, the area was safer for the kids to ride bikes, fishing is great and less commercialized area. Years later I purchased this lot in Salvo. In early 2014, began construction.
