Lovely condo and perfect for our family. The well appointed 3 bedroom 3 bath worked well for all of us - the kitchen was well stocked with what you would need typically on a vacation. The walkway out from that goes down the beach was perfect for early morning and evening strolls. And the sunsets did not disappoint ! Hope to be back soon !

Wonderful second visit

Vacationing with gtiends

We really enjoyed the property. We liked the private beach and close proximity to restaurants. The property was clean and comfortable. We were a group of three couples and the 3 bedrooms all with king sized beds suited us well. We definitely would book here again.

Family Vacation Success

We loved this condo! 13 people, a toddler (2), and a dog and we were comfortable and happy! Beautiful view, GREAT location, and very nice!

Awesome much needed vacation

Everything was great I wasn’t sure how it would be with the street right there but if you’re a people watcher like my family is it is great. Easy to get around plenty of parking. Highly recommend it

Beach vacation

We were very happy with this property. It had a nice view of the ocean. There were 3 bedrooms and 3 baths so there was plenty of space to get ready each morning.

Great condo in the perfect location for a beach vacation

We absolutely loved this condo. The location is great, literally right across the street from the beach and an east walk to Pompano Joe’s, coffee and stores. The condo is also really well set up with a lot of space to hang out and good size bedrooms. We had the added plus of being here over July 4th and had a perfect view of fireworks from the balcony. Fantastic trip!

Miramar Beach condo

Very pleased with our stay at this condo. The location is very convenient to several nice restaurants, all within walking distance. The beach is just a quick walk across the street. Despite having several days of bad weather, overall our experience was pleasurable.

Beach Condos in Destin

Beautiful condo, just how it looked in promotional pictures and a superior location. Private-ish beach was very nice with the provided chairs and umbrella. Walking distance to several restrants/ beach bars. It was like being in movie in paradise.

Bunny and family

We enjoyed our stay in the condo, was very comfortable and clean. Did have a problem with sliding glass door but maintenance came and fixed fast. Enjoyed the view and location. The beach was perfect and had wonderful weather.

Good location and view from deck. Nice to have beach chairs and umbrella, but option for an extra set up would be good as option when booking unit.

Awesome view

We enjoyed our week at this property. The views were awesome and the condo was what we expected. The only negative side is that the condo needs a good deep clean. It was clean, but we noticed that it needed attention in places like under the bed or furniture. Thank you, we have a great time!

Making memories

It’s our family first vacation together since both our children found their love life partners. It’s worth every moment to shared this with our kids. Perfect place to relax after our retirement, the condo is beautiful and we loved to sit on the balcony watching people and the wave. Many time seen group of dolphins swim by. We will be back again, hopefully next time with the grandkids 😀

Beautiful!

Had a great time with family. Small hiccup with some building construction during our stay. Would have been nice if we were advised of this ahead of time so we could have moved our new car out of the Contractors way. Maybe in the future the HOA will keep that in mind. All in all a beautiful unit! And one awesome beach view!

Not clean

The oven drawer had food all over the cookie sheets, pan lids and broiler pan Coffee was spilled on guest balcony door and sliding track Bugs on mattress in guest room, we stripped the bed to wash and found the mattress to be badly stained Both guest tubs did not drain and I pulled out a fistful of hair Kitchen was lacking, no measuring cups no tablespoon measure French fry in one bed Dust on light fixtures Creamer had butter residue Remotes were not programmed properly GFI outlet on balcony was not operable and had to be replaced To top all of this off the owner stayed in the unit prior to our arrival Will never book this unit again

Paul, I feel as though you were angling for a compensation not to do this hurtful review to our business. We came out immediately to fix the items we could including the balcony electrical plug so you would have access should you decide you needed to plug something in on balcony. Even though you told me you didn't need it. Had we been aware of drain issue we could have handled that while we were there showing you how to work the remotes. I have gone thru the kitchen to confirm we do have measuring cups, etc. and to dust the light bulbs in rest of the condo. The bug you showed was a house fly. Hope you have a Happy New Year filled with all you deserve
