Lake front cottage with private deck, and dock space, part of a condo association with panoramic views. 2 quiet beaches, sprawling green lawn with volley ball and horse shoes. Two docks, and Three quiet shady decks. Cottage has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, cable television, full kitchen with dishwasher and washer/dryer. Water front for swimming, fishing or boating. Minutes from Weirs Beach, and Gunstock Mountain for hiking and zip lines.

Beautiful location! Fully equipped cottage in family friendly area.

We will gladly return to this house. It is the perfect lakeside cottage. On site decks for picnicking and relaxing, small playground and horseshoes were very nice extras.

Great weekend

I’ve been staying at this cottage association for 30+ years! The cottage was perfect for our early fall get away and we only had to walk steps to take our kayaks out on the lake! Clean and had everything we needed. Plus was very close to our concert venue! We can’t wait to go back!

Lake cottage

We had a great stay. The cottage is very close to the water in relation to the other cottages. Very clean and great location. My only complaint would be no air conditioning which shouldn’t be an issue except we had unseasonably hot and humid days the week we were there.

One of the most relaxing vacations

This by far was beyond our expectations, the cottage was over the top. Everything went smoothly, prestine, very enjoyable. Definitely going back next year. Views beyond spectacular, from sunrise to sunset. Perfect location, near everything - No negatives at all!!!! Wonderful place... Thank you again for letting us have our vacation there.

Great place for families!

We stayed with myself, my husband, my mother, and our two kids (4 and 6). The size of the house was just fine for all of us, and very clean when we arrived. It was a great surprise to find such a great community where the house was located - playscape just next to the house and a big open space for them to run, with very friendly people all around. The dock space was perfect for our 18' boat, with a launch very close by to make things easy. Would absolutely recommend and stay here again!

Perfect NH vacations

Very clean. Spacious enough for 4 adults and baby 🙂 Deck with Beautiful views. Close to all amenities but quiet in immediate neighborhoods. Master bed is only a full as listed and a little too soft for what we're used to but we made it work. Owner very responsive to questions. We had a great vacation with our daughter, son-in-law and baby grandson!

Beautiful spot

Love the property and location. Communication through the Verbo app would not work with owner. Luckily, friendly neighbors were able to help me enter the property. Hopefully this was just a one time thing. Would stay again. Thank you!

Lake front cottage

Location was beautiful, right on the water, awesome views of the lake and the mountains. Overall the cabin was ok, cleanliness was good, but the cabin itself was in need of an update. There is no air conditioning, we were there on some extremely hot days and nights and the heat and humidity, even with fans, was stifling inside the cabin.

Perfect location on Lake Winnipesaukee

We absolutely love the location as well as all of the amenities that this property has to offer outside. We have a 20’ boat so we were happy about the boat slip for the week. The inside of the property is very outdated/you feel like you’re back in the 1960s. It is large/plenty of beds and rooms as well as utensils//cups/appliances, including a washer and dryer, which is very handy. If they put in new furniture/more comfortable couches, I think it would be well worth the investment. I’m a realtor so I see lots of properties and this would be much more appealing by doing just that/a little updating and staging for the price.

Perfect family lakefront vacation

We had a wonderful week here. This cottage is located perfectly to enjoy all the amenities on the property- close to the beach and docks with a beautiful water view. The cottage kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need and the layout is great. The deck was nice with 2 tables. Having access to a 21’ dock is a bonus! Everyone we met was very friendly. My grandson loved swimming out to the raft (we all did). There was a horseshoe pit and badminton net…..we hadn’t played that in years but found some rackets at Walmart and had a lot of fun. The WiFi worked well. Even tho there’s lots to do in this area, we barely left the property and we’re never bored! Hated to leave.

Short Laconia adventure

Fantastic rental! Fabulous hosts! Only issue was a few bugs, that said it is a lakeside cabin rental. Decent for 6 people. Never had the feeling of walking on each other. Decently spacious. Beautiful views and very conveniently located!

Very nice.... Felt like you were at home very comfortable and the view and the deck's are amazing to relax and enjoy the scenery..... Without a doubt would like to go back....... It's a turn key home. All you need is things to fill the fridge.....
