Great weekend

I’ve been staying at this cottage association for 30+ years! The cottage was perfect for our early fall get away and we only had to walk steps to take our kayaks out on the lake! Clean and had everything we needed. Plus was very close to our concert venue! We can’t wait to go back!

Perfect location on Lake Winnipesaukee

We absolutely love the location as well as all of the amenities that this property has to offer outside. We have a 20’ boat so we were happy about the boat slip for the week. The inside of the property is very outdated/you feel like you’re back in the 1960s. It is large/plenty of beds and rooms as well as utensils//cups/appliances, including a washer and dryer, which is very handy. If they put in new furniture/more comfortable couches, I think it would be well worth the investment. I’m a realtor so I see lots of properties and this would be much more appealing by doing just that/a little updating and staging for the price.

Beautiful location! Fully equipped cottage in family friendly area.

We will gladly return to this house. It is the perfect lakeside cottage. On site decks for picnicking and relaxing, small playground and horseshoes were very nice extras.

Love the property and location. Communication through the Verbo app would not work with owner. Luckily, friendly neighbors were able to help me enter the property. Hopefully this was just a one time thing. Would stay again. Thank you!

Perfect NH vacations

Very clean. Spacious enough for 4 adults and baby 🙂 Deck with Beautiful views. Close to all amenities but quiet in immediate neighborhoods. Master bed is only a full as listed and a little too soft for what we're used to but we made it work. Owner very responsive to questions. We had a great vacation with our daughter, son-in-law and baby grandson!

One of the most relaxing vacations

This by far was beyond our expectations, the cottage was over the top. Everything went smoothly, prestine, very enjoyable. Definitely going back next year. Views beyond spectacular, from sunrise to sunset. Perfect location, near everything - No negatives at all!!!! Wonderful place... Thank you again for letting us have our vacation there.

Short Laconia adventure

Fantastic rental! Fabulous hosts! Only issue was a few bugs, that said it is a lakeside cabin rental. Decent for 6 people. Never had the feeling of walking on each other. Decently spacious. Beautiful views and very conveniently located!

Revisiting New Hampshire

Property was very adequate.We knew it was not 5 star but it served our purpose. Kitchen had everything one needed and a nice gas grill also. Some of the windows did not lock. Not bad when you are on a budget.

Lake cottage

We had a great stay. The cottage is very close to the water in relation to the other cottages. Very clean and great location. My only complaint would be no air conditioning which shouldn’t be an issue except we had unseasonably hot and humid days the week we were there.

Highly recommend!

This was a perfect spot for our Winni vacation, location is close to all attractions and the dock space was a bonus. The house was very clean and we had no trouble at all checking in. The views are spectacular! What a pleasure to wake up every morning to a gorgeous sunrise over the lake right from our front deck.

Memories of a life time.

The rental was everything that we were hoping for and more. It was very clean and big enough for everyone to had there own space. We wanted our grandchildren to experience some of our childhood memories. Watching the sunrise over the lake, morning breakfast on the deck, swimming in the lake for the first time, catching their 1st fish, enjoying the fireworks on the 4th of July and just enjoying the time with family. Thank you for the memories. Would definitely love the opportunity to rent again.
