View of pool and stream from your private balcony. This 4th floor condo is accessible by elevator or 2 sets of stairs.

This was one of the nicest condos we have stayed it. Very clean, near to everything, and well equipped. The communication was very good, any time I texted them they answered right away. We will definitely stay here again.

The place was great. Great location. Very clean. The only issue we had was the deadbolt lock gets stuck and wasvhard to unlock

The condo we rented for the weekend was perfect. There was a nice view of the river and was convenient to all the things we wanted to do. We will definitely stay here again.

Nice!

Everything was as described. Good location near attractions we wanted to see. Comfortable and cool even with near 100 degree temps outside. We loved the pool each evening. The host Scott was very responsive to my questions and messages. There were issues with the elevator not working that were handled pretty quickly by the onsite manager.

Literally the best condo we have ever rented! Condo was clean, had everything we needed. Beds were great! Tv quality was great! Location was near most restaurants and walking distance to quite a few places. Will definitely be renting here again. Can’t recommend it enough!!

A great place to relax and stay while on vacation.

The property was very clean and like home away from home. We had everything that we needed. Especially enjoyed morning time on the balcony watching the sun come up and enjoying the sound of the ducks and geese. Beds were very comfortable. The condo was furnished with nice furniture. Would recommend it as a great getaway.

Owner was easy to reach for questions; very congenial.

Information about property and details on check-in and check-out were clear and very good. The property was very clean. My husband spoke with the owner when we checked out and suggested some items that might need checked. We liked being close to the "Island" and the restaurants there.

Loved the location and the property.. only complaint I have is the front bedroom bed is uncomfortable and squeaks everytime you move in it... would definitely rent this again...

The condo is what is advertised in the picture. The surrounding properties are kind of trashy and feels like you are back in the 1960’s or 70’s.

great deal

My kids and I enjoyed this cozy stay. I was looking for a good deal that wasn't going to be too gross... haha. You know how that can be! So this place looked cute and was affordable. We didn't have any trouble checking in, the outside of the building was a little off-putting (not their fault) but the inside was nice. It was also right in the middle of all the touristy stuff, which is what we wanted. So all around- great fit for us!

Very clean & updated Condo conveniently located near restaurants, shopping & entertainment!

While the complex is a bit older the building is well maintained & ample parking available. The building backs up to a beautiful creek & tree lined area so you feel like you’re in the middle of nature when on the patio but not too far away are restaurants, grocery stores & entertainment venues to enjoy! Scott & Mari have done an excellent job with remodeling the condo & providing all the modern conveniences. The pictures available are current & accurate. We were very impressed with how clean everything was - no extra sanitizing needed. We will definitely stay here again! Thanks Scott & Mari

In the Heart of Pigeon Forge

Scott's property is exactly as it is advertised. We brought an air mattress that fit perfect in the living room since our son wanted nothing to do with rooming with his sister. We had an issue that was no fault of Scott's, but he helped to rectify as quickly as possible. Bring some earplugs if you don't like the sound of Canadian Geese as they love the river on the back side of the property. The unit is within walking distance to restaurants, mini golf, go karts and so much more. We really enjoyed our time and hope to visit again soon. Thanks, Scott, for sharing your unit with us!

The front room has a lot of road noise and was hard to sleep at night for strip noise due to a/c unit in that room. I would recommend mini split units to take care of that and the master bedroom a/c was not adequate cooling for that size room. It wasn’t no more than 80 outside but couldn’t imagine a stay in the 90s. The a/c units is my only complaint. Owner should consider updating the cook stove. It was very clean and nice furniture. Enjoyed our weekend at the Rod Run
