The Penthouse is a luxurious 3,000-square-foot residence perched at the top of a triplex, offering breathtaking ocean and beach views, just steps from the shore. This stunning home boasts four bedrooms and three bathrooms, with elevator access straight from the parking area. At the top, the door opens to a stylish den, kitchen, and dining area. The den features tasteful décor and a 42-inch LCD with HD channels and cable. Adjacent to it is the dining space for eight, plus seating for three at the kitchen bar. The spacious kitchen offers ample counter space, perfect for meal prep. Behind the kitchen lies the larger master suite with a king bed, LCD TV, and private deck to enjoy evening views. Its en-suite bathroom includes double sinks, a stand-up shower, and a whirlpool tub. The second master has a queen bed, balcony access with ocean views, and a private bath. The third bedroom has a king bed, while the fourth has two twin beds. The loft includes a TV, game table, and two extra twin mattresses stored under the stairs. Pets are welcome.
