The den is tastefully decorated and includes a 42-inch LCD with HD channels and cable. Cent to the den is dining area, which accommodates eight guests, along with additional seating for three at the kitchen bar. spacious kitchen boasts ample countertop space, ideal preparing.

Behind the kitchen is the larger of the two master suites. This bedroom includes a king-size bed, an LCD TV, and a private deck perfect for enjoying the evening views. The en-suite bathroom features double sinks, a stand-up shower, and a whirlpool tub. second master bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed and offers access to the balcony with ocean views and its own bathroom. The third bedroom contains a king-size bed, while the fourth bedroom is furnished with two twin beds. The loft area includes TV and a table for playing cards or games, with two additional twin mattresses available in the closet under the stairs if needed.

Parking is provided beneath the unit. There is room for 4 cars with additional parking available on Henderson Street.

A fee of $55.00 for accidental damage insurance is required from all guests.
