Nice two-bedroom/2.5 bath Sound front town home. You will be delighted with the decor' of this bright cheerful vacation property as well as the wonderful views.

Complex offers largest pool on Pensacola Beach. The entrance to this condo is two flights above ground level. The main level of the town home style condo has the living area, kitchen, dining room and a half bath. The top floor has the master bedroom with king bed and private bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed and private bath. There is a sleeper sofa in the living area for additional sleeping.

EV charging stations available at building 9 and 10!

Many guests are drawn to the location which is less than one block from the famous Peg Leg Petes Restaurant. Come to Pensacola Beach and stay a while.

A very nice place and wonderful location, just be prepared to climb stairs to enter, but other than that, we had a wonderful time there.

The condo was clean..comfortable..relaxing...and a great location.It ended up being cold while we were there, so we weren't able to take advantage of the pier or pool. Next time! It was nice to have so much space to spread out and relax...great location on Pensacola Beach. My only complaint..there was a group partying next door...until around 2 a.m. .thin walls.

Pensacola Quiet Townhome

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The townhome was nice and well stocked. Balcony view of the bay with great sunsets off the back dock. The 27 steps up to the condo were a little difficult with luggage but workable. We liked the layout inside with bedrooms upstairs. Inside the townhome was very nice!! Grill under the common space was ancient and not usable but we LOVED the pool and design offering shade at the pool as well. 😎The 5:00 check in was hard - seems like post covid check in could go back to 3 or 4:00?

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at different properties in The Dunes on numerous occasions. The location is ideal to activities, restaurants and most importantly the beautiful beach. Unit 824 was clean and decorated tastefully. The beds were very comfy and the kitchen was stocked appropriately. We had an issue with our WiFi and PBH staff responded immediately to remedy the situation. My only recommendations for Mgmt/Owners would be the items belowProvide beach towels (every other property I have stayed at has had beach towels available for guests)Change front door to number combo lock...much easier to use, less worry about lost keys, multiple family members can come & go without having to hand off a keyUpdate bathroom towels...they are very worn and scratchy, not good on sunkissed skinProvide 2 pool fobs (all other properties we have stayed at have had 2 pool fobs and only having 1 with multiple family members is very inconvenient. We asked at check in and we’re told 824 only has 1 pool fob)

Wonderful stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was so comfortable and felt like home. The property itself and people there were great! The pool/pool area is very well maintained and was always so clean. The private dock was probably our favorite thing. Catching the sunsets from it was amazing. Just sitting out there on the water was very peaceful. Easy walk to Tom Thumb's and a great beach that was not packed. Just overall great location! Will be back!!

Santa Rosa Dunes 824

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is perfect! The convenience store and Peg Leg Pete's was within walking distance. Our rental was very clean upon our arrival and the view of the sound was awesome.The appliances and bathrooms were very old, but worked. The shower and tub enclosures were in need of attention. (Old, stained) The bedroom decor was nice and the newer beds were very comfortable, although the king bed did not have a mattress cover, which it should. The new flooring downstairs was very nice. Wi-Fi was slow and at times non-existent. A maintenance guy (very nice) came out and confirmed the weak signal and said the wi-fi company would come out. That never happened, so we spent a month with a sporadic, weak signal.

Very Nice Unit with Lots of Steps

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great unit, except for all the steps! But it was worth the walk to get up to it. Make sure you're able to carry all your stuff up the stairs; there is not an elevator. Very much enjoyed the unit balcony and the property. We had stayed at Santa Rosa Dunes before and wanted to go back to that particular property. My husband can fish from the dock without a license; I can walk straight across the street over the board walkway to the beach. We plan to stay at the Dunes again in the future. Low key and very restful place. Nice pool area too. Kitchen was better equipped than some we've stayed in before.

Beach anniversary

Check in process was very easy and we were a late arrival. Location of property is perfect. Cute beach decor in the home. Property is quiet and easy to get to beach or the sound. We caught a flounder right off the pier on the property :)

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a great location, just a walk to the beach and a walk to a convienece store for snacks, drinks, or small souvineers. The place was clean although they let us know that the dishwasher was having an issue,and the floor by the kitchen was uncomfortable to walk on, it had a bubble. It did not come furnished with a broom, only a mop and vacuum. The upstairs for some reason was just not getting air, it was super hot upstairs! Overall, everyone at Paradise Beach Homes was very nice and informative! We enjoyed the convienient location. We enjoyed our stay.

Beach vacation

Great Location, Could Have Been Cleaner

Pros: Great location, directly across from beach access & nice view of the inter coastal. About 30 minutes from NAS Pensacola Living room furniture comfortable Nice pool area Ample parking Property management office gave us a beach bag filled with snacks when we checked in. Called us to let us know the property was ready & we could check in early (around 2 instead of 5:00) Cons: Bathtubs/showers need to be cleaned better Dirty dishes were put away (dishwasher wasn’t finished running & pod was partially dissolved but still in closed compartment in dishwasher door) Beds a little hard, mattress pads need washed, pillow sham in master stained or dirty, sleeping pillows gross (we brought our own thank goodness) AC doesn’t cool as well upstairs where the bedrooms are. We closed the downstairs vents at night to help cool the upstairs better. Kitchen rug was full of sand Not a lot of kitchen cookware. The skillets were small & not non-stick. We bought a large one & better spatula to use during our stay. Took nearly two days to get a blanket for the sofa sleeper. Had to call several times over two days & was put on hold for 20 minutes the first time I called. New coverlet was delivered before the second night of our stay. Make sure you get the pool key fob. You need it to get in & out of the pool. We had to go back to the property management office to pick it up (only 2-3 miles away) they didn’t give it to us when we checked in. We didn’t mind, but we definitely got a workout carrying our luggage & groceries up the stairs. No elevator. Something else nice to know is there isn’t any grocery stores on the island. There is a toll booth, but you don’t stop, it gets a picture of your vehicle tag & sends you a bill. We haven’t got ours yet, so I’m not sure what the cost is. I believe if you request it well in advance you can get a pass so that the toll is cheaper (I think it takes like a month). All in all we really did like this unit, but it is a little dated & could use a little TLC & a thorough cleaning. We did enjoy our stay & would come back again. Our son is a Marine & it took us a little over 30 minutes to get to the base. We would recommend it for other military families or others visiting the beach.
