Located in the charming Samoset Village, adjacent to the Samoset Resort, this beautiful open concept condominium offers 1,800 sq. ft. of living space. The 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath semi-detached end-unit offers views of the Samoset Resort’s “Pebble Beach of the East”, Penobscot Bay, the surrounding islands, and Owls Head Lighthouse. It's an ideal location, taking less than 5 minutes to drive to downtown Rockland, and 10 minutes to drive to the heart of Camden, Maine.

Our home offers custom-built kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanities, stainless steal appliances, white oak floors, lush carpeting, and a full-size front loading HE washer and dryer. New plumbing and fixtures, improved insulation, and an upgraded heating and instant hot water system for added comfort.

The chef's kitchen comes fully equipped from pots and pans to the garlic press and microplane. In addition to the 10 cup coffee maker, we also provide an espresso machine and french press.

The back porch off the living room and primary bedroom en-suite offers a comfortable outdoor living area with dining table for 4, 2 rocking chairs, double glider advantage to sit with friends enjoying afternoon cocktails while taking in the wonderful views of Penobscot Bay, the Samoset Resort Golf Course, and the well-manicured lawns and gardens.

Primary Bedroom en-suite has lovely views of the landscaped courtyard. The king size bed is adorned with high-end Legacy Linens with 100% Egyptian cotton sheets by Downtown Co. Sleep tight with blackout blinds. The primary en-suite bath features a separate double vanity from the walk-in shower and wc.

The second floor has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other a full-size bed with twin trundle. The two bedrooms share the upstairs bath with custom-built double vanity, shower-bath combination, and 'travertine' tile.

The condo has a 1 car garage and private driveway. Additional parking is available in designated lot areas throughout the Samoset Village.

Samoset Village has a private pool that is open only to village residents and guests from mid-June through Labor Day.

Housekeeping Services: a mid-week "tidy" service is included in the weekly rental rate (this does not include linen change). Any rentals that are 2 weeks or more include a weekly housekeeping services with linen change.

*Please note, the Samoset Village is not part of the Samoset Resort. The Samoset Resort is open to the public for golf, dining, and spa services for a nominal fee. The Samoset Resort pool and health club are only available to guests of the Samoset Resort, not renters of Samoset Village.
