Nestled in natural preserve land, this attached barn was built in 1900. Beautifully renovated into an open space reminiscent of modern Europe. Includes a fireplace. Bathe in the claw foot tub, or separate shower. Walk out of french doors to a large balcony to enjoy the sunrise or full moon! Cook in it's full kitchen completely equipped. Take a walk to Rockport Harbor, or visit neighboring towns of Camden, Rockland, Lincolnville. Year round activities, Loberster Fest, and Santa by the Sea.

Cozy and adorable studio, a fairly short walk from town. The hosts were friendly and helpful with recommendations. We cooked many meals but there’s no shortage of great food nearby. Don’t miss Sunday brunch at the Rockport Harbor Hotel!

The Barn was so comfy and relaxing! Everything needed is there and the hosts are so easy to communicate with. Bed is comfortable and the bathroom is luxurious. Enjoyed sitting on the porch with a lovely view of the yard. Would stay here again without a doubt!

The Barn is well done, very clean, in beautiful Town of Rockport. Great design that allows you to feel like a vacation spot you can rest in and decompress. Hosts outstanding to work with. Nice kitchen area to make a meal if you desire to stay in but close to so many Lobster and other good food options you can do whichever.Charming Barn design.

Cozy and quiet retreat

Had a lovely, quiet stay. The property is cozy and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen and gigantic shower. It's a not-too-long walk to the Rockport harbor and the place is across the street from a deli/cafe.

A great place with tons of character

Peggy was incredibly responsive with our inquiries and booking. Check-in was as simple as it could be. The place has a small deck overlooking the yard and woods behind the barn - perfect for morning coffee. The bed was comfy, all the amenities worked perfectly, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the bathroom was stunning. Highly recommended!

Lovely space in a lovely area

Thoughtfully appointed space conveniently located on the mid coast. Easy access to Camden and Rockland, walking distance to Rockport. Wonderful market across the street, full kitchen stocked with all the basics plus some nice amenities (e.g., good coffee and tea, a sweet treat). Excellent soaking tub and separate large shower, cute little porch, and very comfy bedding. Would definitely stay there again.

Awesome spot

Peggy’s barn studio was fabulous! The market across the street is perfect for breakfast or grocery shopping for making dinner in the very well stocked kitchen. A lovely walk into Rockport, and the bathtub and fireplace are over the top cozy. Peggy was a great host.

Amazing Property

The Barn on Pascal is truly a special place. It is unique, beautifully decorated, extremely comfortable and totally welcoming. The attention to detail is impressive. The location is serene and peaceful. I highly recommend this property. It will not disappoint!

Perfectly delightful!

Couldn't have asked for more. Lovely space, well-located, well-appointed, incredibly well-equipped. Delightful small deck overlooking a pretty backyard. Hosts are responsive and helpful. Centrally located near spots in Rockport, Rockland and Camden. Highly recommend.

Stylish European Loft

The rental was beautifully decorated, the bed was very comfortable, and I liked getting ready for the day with the cozy fireplace lit. It is a loft space above/attached to the side of the owner's house and they live in the main house. We enjoyed our time in Maine, they were very kind and generous hosts! athe

Lovely stay at "The Barn"

We absolutely loved our stay. The interesting and artistic touches were so well thought out. The bed was very cozy and we slept so well. Every morning we enjoyed our coffee while viewing the fireplace. We knew very little about Rockport, but it came to be our favorite small town in Maine. We walked to Rockport several times for harbor views and great coffee. The Seafood at Graffam brothers was hard to beat. Had a fun meal at American Flatbread. I could go on and on. A+ experience.

Modern barn loft

This barn loft is beautifully renovated and thoughtfully appointed. My favorite was the footed bathtub which I used almost daily to help with jet lag, and the spacious shower space, Including the pleasant soap. EXTRA bonus points go to Peggy for her remarkable kindness and thoughtfulness, including the treats she put into the fridge for me, bc she knew I would be arriving late.

Amazing! Amazing! Amazing!!

I want to choose my words carefully when reviewing this beautiful little space because it would be a shame not to capture how magical it truly is. Although I fear my words will not do it justice. Beautifully laid out and decorated, this little gem is warm and welcoming. The host, Peggy, was super sweet and professional. I was greeted with a lovely little message on the chalkboard and a delicious chocolate cupcake. There was water and coffee available and the quaint little kitchen provided everything I needed. Although it was a small space it was deceptively spacious. It's nestled within majestic old-growth trees and conveniently located. At night I sat on the deck and watched fireflies shimmer in the woods behind the house. During the day I walked to the quaint town of Rockport and visited a beautiful little harbor on the way. There's a cafe directly across the street, and both the staff and customers were very kind. Leaving was hard - this is truly a special VRBO. Thank you, Peggy and Larry. You've created a little slice of heaven. I cannot wait to return!

Perfect fall getaway

From the moment we walked into the space, we could feel the intention to detail and coziness that Peggy put in. From the fireplace to the claw foot tub, to the French press coffee and the views of the trees and sunshine through the French doors out to the balcony. Our entire stay felt like the comforts of home but elevated to the relaxation of vacation. Located just across the street from a lovely and charming market with cheeses, breads, breakfast options and delicious treats. We enjoyed every minute of our stay! Peggy went above and beyond to make sure our stay was as seamless and relaxing as possible. We are already looking forward to going back!
