Enjoy the spectacular beachfront view of the Gulf of Mexico. This West End Corner unit # 608 is on the 6th floor and is only a short walk to the Pier and we are right next to the 2 miles of the Gulf State Park for the best privacy on the beach.
The condo is furnished with everything you need for a relaxing and fun vacation.

Clean & bright. Loved the location. Great deck. Quiet. Easy walking distance to grocery/liquor/merch Don't come, I want this place all to myself!! We'll be back.

Beautiful

Our stay was most beautiful with views of the beach almost directly below our balcony. A terrific morning wake up! Fiery sunsets. Communications with the property manager was quick and responsive. Will be back!

Great Views and Clean property

Had a great stay with family. We enjoyed our oceanfront view and had everything we needed. Great communication with owner. Will be coming back!

Fantastic

I loved our stay here. Its perfectly simple, clean and QUIET! Right on the beach, easy to clean. The unit had plenty of plates and cookware for guest needs. They also offered a crockpot and a plug in hot pan. If you want a simple get away woth althis is the place.

Great trip

Easy access to property from the road. Great views from the balcony. If you enjoy fishing location is close to state pier and Perdido pass. Peaceful and quiet we inside didn't really didn't hear much from the outside.

Memorable Family Vacation

We absolutely loved our stay. The condo was exactly as we expected, no surprises or disappointments. The location is amazing, no overcrowding on the beach like it can beat other places. I had a few questions prior to check in and the communication was excellent. We will definitely stay here again!

Weekend stay

Enjoyed the great beachfront location. Condo is close to Gulf State Park so is not hemmed in by high rise buildings. Easy bike ride to state park. Living and kitchen area small, but had all we needed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was perfect for the 2 of us. It was very clean, bed was comfortable, easy access to the beach and lots of great restaurants and shopping nearby. We can’t wait to come back!!!

Amazing Stay

Love this place and the host. We come down multiple time every year…this was my 6th trip this year. The host were amazing and always answered when I had questions or readily made themselves available if needed. As all condos, there will be pluses and minuses but the location to everything and beach access was the best this year. My family really enjoyed everyday there. We will definitely be going back!!

Get Away from the Crowds

The pictures don’t do this unit justice and the view from the balcony is phenomenal! We watched dolphins and a variety of birds. We even saw loggerhead babies make their way to the ocean. We felt right at home!

Stay was great the only complaint is the key didn't want to work in the deadbolt. Suggest either a new deadbolt or coded entrance .

Best view ever!!!

Charlie & Candace both communicated well with us. The coffee maker was great each morning. We used the King bed (firm mattress). We enjoyed cooking in the fully furnished kitchen. They were redoing the boardwalk to the beach but the other option was close by & easy access. This condo was very clean.

Winter getaway

Very nice end unit, having those extra windows provides plenty of light. Two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Kitchen has everything you need. Private gated parking. Indoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, outdoor pool. No lobby or common areas. Best asset is location. Building is adjacent to Gulf State Park - there are no buildings to east side- beautiful for sunrise!

Memorial weekend

Good for older couples… could not have music at the pool (even when alone and not loud or rambunctious, just to enjoy the evening)… trash shoot is right at the master bedroom. People used all hours of the night (very loud)… Beds were way too firm. Not comfortable at all.. vent in master bathroom sounded like it was about to go out.. guard was hardly ever at the guard shack.. hot tub jets would not come on and the temp was extremely hot.. end unit very narrow… elevated didn’t sound real great. Might need Maintenence

Should have been told about construction going on!!!

Haven't been on vacation for 7 years, have never been to Gulf Shores. Wanted some relaxation! Was looking forward to it. Should have done more research. Did not enjoy the fact that only one elevator worked for 12 floors for 4 days. Did NOT like that a painting crew was hanging in front of the balcony for 3 days, yes cables and ropes with a scaffold going up and down all day blocking the view that I was looking for! Actually got told to go back in the room so they could finish! Got woke up every morning at 7:00 am to the beeping of a high lift right outside the bedroom window, either painting or pressure washing ! Could not sleep in! On top of that, pressure washing going on for the last 2 days 2 doors down on the ropes so we were getting overspray from that trying to sit on the balcony! Probably would have been better if all that stuff didn't happen, don't know. I will try to find somewhere else next time. I appreciate the time we got to spend away from work but it wasn't worth it!

Great condo and great location.

Condo was great. Would definitely stay here again. This is the last beachfront condo in Gulf Shores, so there is a lot of open beach near the condo. We have stayed in this condo several times and have always had a great experience.

Relaxing soothing days

We had a relaxing beach vacation. The rooms were clean and accommodating. The beach and water was clear. We hope to rent again if the fees don’t go higher. Owner was easy to reach for any questions we had during our stay.

I grew up over in Fairhope in the late 50s and now live 30 miles north of Atlanta. Went to school in Birmingham and now own a company selling German & English manufactured filtration and pumping systems worldwide.

My daughter, Candace works with us and she also does all the bookkeeping for the condos.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

I bought both Royal Palms condo units 308 & 608 mainly because of the location. We have the best beach privacy in all of Gulf Shores. Just look on the map. The Gulf State Park beach right next door is a great draw for us. Most all guest take the half mile walk to the pier at night just to have the beach to themselves.
The condo has everything you need.
