Newly Renovated Beach Condo near State Park Pier

Great Beach location for a family that likes to walk to everything. This will allow for Dad to go play golf while mom and the children find other activities. Royal Palms has a pool outdoors and an indoor pool for those of you that get tired of the sun and the little ones that refuse to go in. Royal Palms is located directly on the beach. You are walking distance to The Hang Out, restaurants, the heart of Gulf Shores and the Gulf State Park Pier.

This unit has been recently updated with new appliances, all new cookware, utensils, glassware and newly painted. 1 King size bed with new mattress for comfort, hall bunkbeds and a memory foam sofa sleeper. The 8th floor unit is located on the beach with excellent beach views with a curved balcony which allows the best views all the way down west and east beach.

Can't live without the internet? We have you covered, just bring your laptop, because we have free wireless internet.

Everything was EXACTLY as described!As mentioned by previous guests, the condo was very clean. The furniture appeared to be new; if it wasn’t it was well taken care of. I have to say the bed was one of the most comfortable ones I have ever slept in. Rhonda was a pleasure…very responsive and personable.The condo is darling; you won’t be disappointed!

Me and my best friend thoroughly enjoyed staying in this beautiful, clean condo. The view was beautiful, the amenities were great, & the communication with the owner was excellent. I would definitely recommend staying in this condo.

Royal palms, so close to everything but away from traffic.

Enjoy staying next to the pier, for the fishing and close to all the great restaurants.

Everything is exactly as described and the views are breathtaking. We saw dolphins many times no matter where we went without paying a single penny. Rhonda is amazing! Quick responses and checked in to be sure everything was going well, as she had to replace fridge they day we arrived. If you are considering staying at this condo, just book it!

Wonderful place to stay

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect and the beach was not crowded. The owner was extremely nice and called to make sure everything was satisfactory. I would definitely stay here again!

The condo was very nice & Rhonda was awesome. We had a rowdy bunch of boys next to us slamming door etc but that was not the condos fault! I feel it could have been a little better stocked - no salt, pepper, cutting board other basics etc. The deckIs awesome - overall we had a very nice stay! Thank you!!

We are so happy you enjoyed our condo and the beautiful view from the balcony. We arrived after your stay and I think you overlooked the cutting boards and seasoning. There are 2 cutting boards located in cabinet next to stove and the seasoning was above the microwave. Thanks for staying in our condo.

We had a great stay! The listing was accurate, I had to contact Rhonda once and she was fabulous. The condo was great, perfect for us, the location was amazing! Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Couples Getaway!

The condo was so clean! Perfect location! Beach was not crowded like many are. Perfect location for couples or families! Owner was easy and pleasant to deal with. Very nice condo! Would definitely stay again!!!!

Great stay

The condo was very nice with a great view. We loved that the beach area was quiet compared to the other properties. We were able to walk down to the Pier and to Sea ‘n Suds waterfront restaurant. It’s a short and easy drive to the main drag but far enough away to feel private.Also close to Orange Beach.

Very nice condo for a couple, or small family. Royal Palms is our favorite place to stay in Gulf Shores. It's location next to the Gulf Shores State Park makes the beach as crowded or secluded as you like. Great view of the fishing pier. The room was comfortable, well appointed, and most of all super clean!! Our host reached out to us on two occasions, but we didn't have any issues.

We discovered Royal Palms several years ago and it is our go to place now. It's not too big, not too small and immediately adjacent to the state park. This is the first time we've stayed in 802. It was very clean, stocked with everything to cook, etc. The owner, Rhonda, was wonderful. She called or texted several times to make sure we were settled in and that everything was good. We will definitely make return trips in the future.

Spring break

We had an amazing time at Rhonda’s condo! The view from the balcony was beautiful. 2 days we even saw dolphins. The condo is in a great location and was very clean and updated. We used the sauna, steam room and indoor pool which all were well maintained. Perfect for a family vacation!

Rhonda's condo is perfectly in the middle of town - easy, quick access to everything. Her unit is updated, cozy and very clean with a great view of the ocean from the balcony and living room.She called us the evening of check in to be sure we made it in and everything was was good. Impressive! I'll definitely stay at Rhonda's condo when I return.
