Wine to Water - Family Adventure on Keuka Lake Awaits!

Wine to Water is a spacious three-story home with 90 feet of private Keuka Lake frontage, perfect for families and friends looking for both relaxation and adventure.

Inside, the main floor features an open living space with vaulted ceilings, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, cozy living room with a fireplace, and a covered porch with lake views. Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms, including a twin-over-queen bunk that's great for kids. The lower level offers the ultimate entertainment space with a pool table, wet bar, TV, fireplace, and extra sleeping space.

Outside, enjoy multiple patios, a seasonal hot tub, a gas grill, and a private lakefront just across a quiet road. The permanent dock is perfect for boating, while the natural shallow-entry beach and kayak make it easy to enjoy the water.

Located just five miles from Hammondsport, you'll be close to wineries, breweries, shops, and restaurants, with breathtaking sunsets waiting for you each evening.

Note: Your safety matters to us! Wine to Water has passive exterior security devices (e.g., Ring Doorbell) that may be activated.

The hot tub is not available between December and April. Temperature may vary seasonally.

Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests.

Note:
1. Smoking is not allowed in any rental property. This includes vaping and e-cigarettes.
2. Homes are not handicap accessible, unless stated in the description.
3. Air conditioning is not available unless listed as an amenity. If available, air conditioning is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15.
4. Where pets are allowed it is indicated. Otherwise, pets are not allowed. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets.
5. Docking capabilities may vary based on current water levels. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.

Perfect home for our girls trip. The open main floor of the house was perfect for everyone to hang out together. We loved the balcony and deck space on the lake. It was all so beautifully landscaped.

Great spot! Lovely house. Clean and spacious. Responsive owner. Comfortable, but no ac so hot in a heatwave. A GREAT lake, great swimming! View of the lake from the porch is lovely. Stars and stars and stars in the sky on a clear night!

First Wine Tour

Yearly family getaway

Beautiful home in a gorgeous private lakeside lot. Landscaping was beautifully done! Enjoyed the nice sized dock for fishing. Also took the kayaks out. Close to Watkins Glen and wineries. Had a wonderful last big weekend with our kids and grands!

Nice and large place, excellent location

The property is very nice with many amenities and good location. It was very clean. The kids enjoyed the pool table. There is a private dock with three canoes, a hot tub, and a terrific view from the deck. It gets a bit loud at night because of the proximity of the road but other than that everything was great.

They sent us the wrong check in code but a quick phone call we were able to get a new and check in. The house was mostly clean but a lot of the dishes were put away not clean like silverware and bowls still had stuck on food. Also not a huge deal. The main reason we left a lower than 5 star review was the houses proximity to the road- had to keep windows open because no air conditioning, but the road was so noisy, like at 3am cars roaring past that sounded like they would crash thru the house. Made it really hard to sleep, every few minutes a car would fly by and wake you back up.

Wine To Water Blew Us Away!!

This property was phenomenal! My friends and I stayed at Wine to Water this past weekend for a bachelorette, and I have nothing but great things to say about the house and host. The house was clean and beautifully decorated, and had numerous fun amenities. The property also had cute notes throughout the house that made it easy for us to operate appliances and better navigate each room in the house. I also had a few questions prior to our trip and the host was extremely nice, helpful, and timely. This truly was the perfect lake weekend, and I recommended this house and rental company to everyone!

Great space for a group. We stayed with three couples and each couple had their own bathroom and plenty of privacy since we all had our own “level”. Great spaces to hang out inside and out. We didn’t use the hot tub due to poor weather. Kitchen was well stocked and the house is well maintained and charming with interesting items and art throughout. Finding the house was a bit tricky as the GPS brings you to the back side of the house down by the lake. The parking is actually up off route 54. The driveway and stairs are steep! We counted about 52 steps to get from the lowest level of the house down to the water. We would consider staying again in the future.

Loved the area

The house is very nice, beautiful kitchen! The location is very convenient to town. However, it is right on top of a VERY fast and busy road. Since there wasn’t any AC, we had to sleep with windows open. The first night no one slept bc of the noise and heat. The traffic from the giant trucks speeding down the road at 4am sounded like they were going to crash into the house! Called the realty company the following day and they brought more fans, thank goodness! The fans helped with the heat, but you can still hear the traffic at night. There are a lot of steps to the dock, just be ready for some excercise! All in all, I’d return to Keuka, but would stay on the west side of the lake where the road is 35 instead of 55.

Thank you for your feedback, Alison. East Lake Road is the main connection between Penn Yan and Hammondsport. While it makes getting around convenient and amenities closer, it does get a little more traffic than most of our rural back roads. We apologize that the noise was an inconvenience to you and your group. While this home does not list air conditioning as an amenity, we are happy to hear that our team was able to bring out fans to keep you cooler. We have many homes for rent on Keuka Lake and would be happy to help you find a home that's a better fit for your next vacation. Please feel free to reach out to us!

I did submit a review on 8/3 so not sure what happened on the receiving end. Here's our group's suggestions.The homeowners had notes throughout the house but nothing regarding the "induction" stove top. We were all unaware of the limitations with this type....unable to use our pasta pot we brought with us. Kitchen did not provide a large pot to accommodate pasta cooking so we had to boil it on the basement stovetop.Listing states full basement kitchen but refrigerator is LOCKED and unable to use!Grill igniting lighter does not work, perhaps needs a battery replacement, or something else.The kitchen & BR garbage bags were very flimsy and not big enough for the trash can size. We finally found a roll of bags in the basement hidden behind items that we used.The upstairs BR towel racks were ineffective according to our upstairs guests.The listing states towels/linens provided but DOES NOT CLEARLY state that there are NO kitchen towels provided. Nor were there any potholders. Finding this out our first night was very frustrating because never before with all our rentals have we experienced this. So you need to state that CLEARLY in the "Kitchen" section of the listing so guests are aware of this. We used the packaged washcloth/towel set instead.

Four couples enjoyed all the house provided. The kayaks, pool table, and hot tub were used. We loved the deck and sat out there early mornings and evenings. The big dining table provided us plenty of space for late evening board games. Close to plenty of vineyards, and just a short drive to Watkins Glen. Thank you!

This is a great place with all the amenities that you’d need! It’s spacious layout, 3 separate bathrooms, pool table with big TV, jacuzzi, and fire pit provided us with plenty of living space and lots to do. Even though you need to walk down several steps to get to the lake, it’s wonderful having private lake access and your own dock to use. The covered porches with hammock made sitting outside nice. Everything was clean and professionally provided. I would rent here again!!

Weekend get away

Only downfall was the noise from the busy road. Understandably can not be helped. No central air made it quite warm to sleep. Other tben that it was a great place. Wineries close by and a quick drive to the village for dinner. Would definitely go back!

Great place for a group of friends

My girlfriends and I got together for a bachelorette and the house layout was perfect for entertaining. The house far exceeded our expectations, the pictures don’t do it justice. The lake views are absolutely beautiful in the fall too and the hot tub was a great additions as well. Would highly recommend to any large group.

Girl's Getaway

"Wine to Water" was just lovely. There were gorgeous views of Lake Keuka from the boat dock and back porch. Location was minutes to wineries and downtown shopping and restaurants. We hiked at several local trails and meandered down Lake road admiring the views and the homes. The house had no shortage of wine glasses, or any other kitchen conveniences....we especially enjoyed the Pandora Radio through the Smart Refrigerator paired with the JBL Speaker. The Bedrooms on the second floor did complain of road traffic / noise on Rt 54 at night , but the first floor and lower level accommodations were restful and cozy. Our only wish was that there were more mirrors, with 6 women trying to get ready in 3 bathrooms...mirrors in the bedrooms would have sped up the daily routine. There was ample hot water, which was much appreciated. We will definitely come back...

Wonderful Fall retreat

We thoroughly enjoyed the Wine and Water location. The property had everything we could want and more. Great location for any season as there is much to do inside as well as outside.

Locating property

The ONLY complaint was that this was very difficult to find. It isn’t on GPS, the houses are not numbered in order. I would recommend some sort of very visible marker as well as giving out a pin or the mile marker to help locate it.

Overall, and considering the rent, it was a good deal.

The house was very spacious, all updated appliances, plenty of comfortable seating. The 2 decks were an added bonus. View of the lake was awesome. Walking down to dock would be challenging to anyone with limited mobility. Parking was no problem. Only issue was close proximity to road. Bedrooms faced road so traffic noise at night was terrible.

Great weekend on Keuka

House was clean and better than advertised. Neighborhood and neighbors were perfect as well. Close to town too!
