Beautiful house in a beautiful setting. Short drive away from many area attractions around Keuka Lake.We enjoyed use of the kayaks and fishing and stargazing from the dock. The hosts were very responsive before and during our stay.

Owner was very responsive to any and all questions that I had prior to going up to the house. Home was very clean and nicely furnished. Kitchen was also well stocked with all of the necessary utensils for cooking. My family had a great time and would consider this place again in the future.

Wonderful experience at this beautifully decorated and equipped house!! Everyone raved about the view from outside and inside of the gorgeous Finger Lakes residence!!! A great time was had by all!!

Inviting home with perfect views of the lake from every room. The kayaks were a plus for exploring the nearby preserve and wildlife sanctuary. Watching the ducks and their babies were a pleasant surprise while enjoying our morning coffee on the dock. This place is everything it says it is, and more! Stay here, you’ll love it!

Our group was six retirement age siblings and spouses. We absolutely loved the location, which was close enough to explore surrounding towns and get a taste (literally and figuratively) of what was available. The view from most rooms in the house was spectacular. Those of us not adventurous enough to make use of the kayaks, enjoyed the views from the dock and the patio. We appreciated the personal touch of the owner's artwork on display throughout the house, and the guide book was very much appreciated as it offered a good bit of information on the area, restaurants and activities. We especially enjoyed reading the history of the home. Don't miss "Tiger's Woods", a peaceful area to sit quietly and take in the sounds of nature, or perhaps an area for small children to safely play away from the lake. Overall, I highly recommend this home which was very clean, well-stocked with amenities, and most importantly soul-healing.

This is by far the cleanest home we have stayed in and we’ve been doing this over 10 years!We really enjoyed the layout where you can see the lake from any vantage point in the home. The custom woodwork is awesome and I really enjoyed the glass block in the closet, for natural lighting. The artwork from the owner is all over the house and includes local area spots and even children’s books. We noticed everything!The Flora and Fauna surrounding the home is gorgeous as well. The park across the way is serene and well thought out.Thank you for providing the kayaks and vests. A great vantage point to be on the lake.We are birders, so we enjoyed filling the birdfeeders and offering the hummingbirds food. There were binoculars all throughout the home as well. We saw bunny rabbits, Great Blue Herons and Osprey - breathtaking.The kitchen has every spice you can imagine and any pan, dish, glasses, silverware, tools ( baggies, foil, parchment, clear wrap) you would need to cook up a delightful dinner. Thank you. Obviously there is a cook in the family! We found ourselves wanting for nothing! What a delight.The town Penn-Yan is just around the bend for great shopping and the “legitimate” coffee shop.The home is well located to visit Wilks Glen, Corning, Ithaca and Rochester. We were able to visit 6 lakes in the area during our 7-night stay.The communication is outstanding with the owners and very timely. I highly recommend this property! Thank you for sharing!

This property is very interesting architecturally with many windows looking out to the lake and bringing in outside light. It is extremely well furnished and has many amenities, including a garage that provides storage, a well stocked kitchen, kayaks and a stand up paddleboard, a nice patio and ample parking. The size of the property gives a feeling of privacy. The hosts were very responsive to our questions and needs.

The house was beautiful and in a perfect location. Out the front windows is a spectacular view looking south all the way down the lake! The neighbors are quiet and peaceful. The north end location is also very convenient as it is a short ride to Pen Yan for all things forgotten or as you need to replenish the fridge..House has recently been remodeled, kitchen is a great layout, new appliances, has all the things you could possible need if staying in and preparing meals is a priority for you etc., just a great property! Lots of windows looking out over the lake and if air conditioning is important to you then you are all set, it’s works great in this house

This is a beautiful house on a beautiful lake. The views of the lake are spectacular, the neighborhood is quiet, the entire experience is peaceful and relaxing. The house itself is immaculately clean and very well equipped, we lacked for nothing. It is a convenient drive to Penn Yan (7 miles) to find good food choices (and ice cream!). The host is friendly and accommodating, always ready and willing to help with questions and requests. Overall, a true 5-star property and experience.
