Top floor includes master suite with king bed, bath and private balcony, a second bedroom with twin trundle beds, and a peaceful sitting area overlooking the lower level. Two more bedrooms (one w/ queen, one w/ twins) and a bath are located on the ground floor. The finished lower level includes a TV room with a sleeper sofa plus another bedroom with a king bed.

A deck is located off the dining room, which overlooks a fenced-in patio area with gas grill and outdoor dining table, affording privacy for summer BBQs. A solarium off the living room offers additional space for relaxation.

In the evening, enjoy watching movies from our huge DVD collection (Over 400 movies, including more than 100 family/kid’s titles! We love movies!!) on one of the two large-screen televisions (60" and a 55"). We also have a closet full of board games, a ping pong table, and a library of great beach books for your reading pleasure.

House is equipped with central air, laundry, gas grill, high-speed internet, and cable television. We also have a pack 'n play and a high chair.
