Enjoy a cooling dip in a large swimming pool and the ocean breeze right outside your door! This unit has amazing ocean views from every room. A private screened in porch to relax on in the morning or after a long day at the beach. You don't have to worry about elevators or stairs when you stay here! The Condo offers lots of amenities that include: Central AC/heat, ceiling fans, High Speed Internet, WI-Fi, 4 Flat screen TV's, 3 DVD players, Washer & Dryer. We are currently offering discounted off-season specials! Long term off-season rentals are available. Weekly rates include a linen package and departure maid service. NO PETS. NO SMOKING.

This was our second summer at this condo. There was plenty of room for our family of 6. The kitchen is well stocked and has everything you need. The porch with the rockers looking at the ocean is a great place for morning coffee. You are steps away from the beach. Great condo, will stay again!

Nice condo! Plenty of room for everyone and the nicest part was the view from the screened porch. You go right out the door off of the porch and are on the beach. Would stay here again.

Great condo,!!!

Great place for vacation, right on the beach, great views and close to all attractions. Owners were great to work with, had minor problem with the air when we arrived, contacted the owner and he immediately took care of the problem. My family and I had a great time, and hope to go back next year.

Access to beach exceptional. Best part of our stay. Condo was somewhat dirty. Towels awful. No starter kit of essentials such as paper towel or dishwasher pods or dish detergent. No blankets or hand towels. Glad we bought blankets. We had to remove knobs at kitchen sink in order to open oven. Loved sitting on screen porch oceanside. I’m trying to be fair

Great 1st Floor Condo

Very nice condo that suited our family’s needs with small children. We enjoyed our meals together as a family (mainly breakfast and lunch). The complex and condo has easy access to the beach and pool. Sat on the screened in porch to watch the ocean & moon at night. As noted by another reviewer, bed quilts are bit worn and stained. Would consider renting again.

Items still needed after years going there.

Need king size pillows for master bedroom king size bed (not standard). Very low water pressure in shower of master bathroom. Not safe, can't even wash off soap! Need new knives in kitchen. Can't cut anything. Not safe. No chair(s) in bedroom(s)

Sweet Spot

We had a fantastic week! Away from the hustle and bustle of the strip, yet close enough for the kids, a short drive to everything and anything. It’s a quieter family community which is great. Our view was fantastic and being on the first floor made it so easy to carry in and take out. The unit was very spacious, which is nice when you have teenagers, I still had privacy and my own retreat in the master b/r. I loved the way the master opens up to the porch. I spent a lot of early mornings out there alone with my breakfast in the oversized rocking chairs taking in the sunrise and the ocean breeze. We took advantage walking the beach to the close by low key pier where they have the Surf Diner and Ice cream parlor. I feel completely rejuvenated and my children and I will definitely book here again!!! Thank you to the owners. 🙏🏼😊💫

Great location, easy access to beach and pool. Walking to the Surfside pier and farmers market was so easy. Beach replenishment was going on which was a little bit of a pain, but ultimately pretty fun to watch the process. Weather and the water was fabulous all week.We have rented places along the Carolina coast for 30 years, and enjoyed our week at Surfside. We were a bit underwhelmed at how many "homey" items and courtesy items we felt weren't provided. This is not an angry review from a disgruntled guest, the condo was more than serviceable for our week, but this is more informational to those looking at reviews before coming.The pillows were small and flat, I'd bring your own. There are no blankets provided. No clocks or alarm clocks in the place. No kitchen towels or bathroom hand towels. There is no mop, and very few carpets to catch sand, so if sand bothers you bring a bucket! There were 4 TVs, but no puzzles, games, or books. One of the TVs didn't work. There is no "welcome" package with dish/dishwasher/laundry soap, trash bags, paper towels, etc so you will need to bring or buy all of it. The sheets didn't fit the smaller beds very well. The oven doesn't open all the way, cabinet handles block it so if you need to put 2 trays in the oven you're out of luck. Only 2 hangers in each closet. NO beach items are provided- bring your own sand toys, boogie boards, chairs, umbrella. It felt like a furnished college rental more than a home, but worked for what it is.

The unit needs some maintenance, but the owner is aware and working on getting it done. Nothing kept us from having a wonderful vacation. The complex has a nice pool and easy beach access. The condo was clean, the host was responsive, the grounds need attention, but that’s not the owners’ fault. The view of the ocean was a plus, along with the screened porch. I’ll also mention that being on the first floor is nice, but we heard all the walking upstairs. It’s a trade-off for the first floor convenience. Also, bring your own towels. The linen package is sufficient but the towels aren’t very thick and not very absorbent. Also, the condo is walking distance to restaurants nearby.

Perfect location

The condo is right on the beach with plenty of activities for the whole family. The screened in porch was very nice and we only had a short walk to the water with the little kids. The only complaint would be the comforters had to be washed because they were visibly dirty and there were a few odds and ends that could have been repaired to make using the condo a bit easier. Other than that, we will be returning!
