This superb vacation rental has consistently received exceptional guest reviews. VRBO ratings range from the high 90 percentile to 100%-perfect.

Sebago Lake reaches a depth of 316 feet . Its clarity is magnificent. Watersports enthusiasts will find the lake perfect for boating , fishing, diving, swimming, and any other activity that can be enjoyed above or below the lake's 30,513 acre, pristine surface.

You may bring your own boat or our many boat rental companies will deliver the boat you choose to the cottage. The Sebago lakes region features many hiking trails, world-class golf courses, lighthouses, parks, museums. For a more unusual experience, go out with a lobster boat and pull traps. You won't want to leave Maine without enjoying a lobster bake.

There are many books and brochures at the cottage for even more ideas. Many of the guests take day trips to Massachusetts, Vermont, New Hampshire, and even to Canada, but most of them choose to relax and enjoy the beauty and wildlife.

Deposits will not be returned if cancellations are not made sixty days prior to arrival . We have a no pet policy and no more than 6 people on the property at any time as the property is in a residential area.

Mike, I am so glad you and your family enjoyed the house and the location. Several of the renters have commented on the location not only in terms of the beautiful views of Sebago Lake and the mountains, but also of its central location which allows them to visit attractions in Massachusetts and New Hampshire as well.

Two wonderful weeks relaxing in this cozy cottage overlooking Sebago Lake! Whether sitting on the sunny porch or in rocking chairs by the water, this is my favorite early fall vacation spot! Bring on the lobster!

Your review "beautiful, beautiful, beautiful "captures the opinions of many of our guests, as they stand on the beach or relax in the lawn chairs as they admire the panoramic view. The mountains, foliage (especially in the fall), sparkling, clean water are frequent comments from the renters. The guests who are occupying the cottage for the next two weeks still talk about the moose that came up out of the water to feast. They captured the moment, and the picture is on the website.. Each season provides interesting and entertaining memories. ,

Beautiful house on an incredible lake. The weather was very warm so the air conditioning was a super bonus. House was adorable and provided eveything we needed. Property and location was outstanding.

I have to agree with you that the lake is incredible . My favorite season is the fall when the colorful leaves are reflected on the surface of the lake. The children were having fun playing games on the lawn and on the beach. look forward to your return next year.

This is a great property. If you are looking for a great location with a view ,that has its own private cove with a sandy beach this is your place. The Property is well maintained and has fine gardens surrounding the property. If you are looking for peace and quite this might be your best bet.

We had a fantastic time on this wonderful property. Beautiful lawn and beach. Included was a dock and mooring for our boat. Couldn’t have asked for a better set up.

Best Vacation Ever

My daughter, son-in-law and grandkids stayed at the cabin and had the "best vacation ever"! Beautiful property and accommodations. Beach, large yard, dock and mooring. Who could ask for more!

Wonderful Property

Marian is a wonderful host. Her property is meticulously maintained. The cottage is well stocked and clean. It’s located in a great area with many shops and restaurants nearby.

Beautiful Property

This is one of the best properties in New England. My family and I have been returning to this property for years. Its a great cottage at a beautiful location.

So many of returning guests have expressed that the cottage is their second home, and I feel that so many of our guests are more than renters; they are our friends. Many of the renters keep in touch throughout the year, and both of us look forward to getting together upon their return to Maine. fabulous, fabulous-the cottage was beautiful, great layout, right on the water with a fabulous view. the cottage was clean and had everything that we needed. the air conditioner and heat worked great. Our host Marian was fantastic. We had such a great time that we are rebooking for next year.

Beautiful place with a wonderful hostess

We loved staying in this cozy, 2 bedroom cottage. It had everything we could possibly ever need for our trip to southern Maine. The location was close to everything we wanted to do. The hostess was so kind and accommodating and even baked us delicious muffins during our stay! We would highly recommend staying here!

Lovely home, lovely location, lovely owner!

We have been renting this property for years and everything is always perfect. The owner is wonderful and very accommodating. Everything is as described .... and better!

Spectacular Property

We have been renting at the Lakes for 10 years and this property was by far the best that we've stayed at. Cottage is small but comfortable. Perfect for quality closeness with the family. The yard, private beach and dock are nothing short of spectacular! Hostess is wonderful and really cares about guest experience. Will go back for sure.

Beautiful cottage on Sebago Laje

My family and I just returned from a week stay at the cottage. It is hands down the cleanest cabin I’ve rented , the property is big, beautiful and private. We enjoyed the beach along with boating and fishing off the deck. Would definitely recommend !

Sebago Cottage

Our stay in Raymond was perfect. The quiet, the lake and privacy were what we needed. The cottage was immaculate. We rented linens and the beds were made and the property magnificent.t, We enjoyed a private dock, huge yard and private beach.. The weather was even good!

Stay at our 5-star cottage and enjoy Maple Sunday, Naples Blues Festivals, car shows, uncrowded golf courses, fishing, boating, sports, fine dining, recreation, fun and relaxing amid the beautiful surroundings.

We take great pride in our cottage and keep it in immaculate shape and clean. Another one of our goals is to supply guest renters with an experience greater than what they expected.

The cottage is located on an acre of land with lots of flowers and a grassy lawn. There's a sandy beach and a deep-water dock for a boat.

We bought this property because it borders our next door home. Waterfront properties such as this don't come on the market frequently. Plus it has a beautiful view and is a level acre of land.

Sebago Lake is a crystal clear lake and earned the title of the prettiest lake in Maine. It is known for its clear water and picturesque shorelines. The views from the cottage, coupled with your own beach, dock and direct water access make this cottage a spectacular place to relax, unwind, adventure and explore.

We consider this location on Big Sebago Lake as 'Paradise', which is why our home is located next door.
Please read the many reviews by guests who have stayed at the cottage.
Due to our guests' allergies we do not allow pets or smoking in the cottage or on the property grounds. Marian and I personally clean the cottage, and groom the flower beds to make things as tidy and attractive as possible. The lawn is mowed by a service company usually on a weekly basis or as needed. The neighborhood is very quiet therefore only a maximum of 6 people are allowed on the property or in the cottage at any time.

We invite you to enjoy some of the spring events that celebrate life, great food, nature, art, festivals, fun, and relaxation.Our cottage is located on Sebago Lake, the seventh cleanest lake in the world, and the home of land-locked salmon, The cottage is conveniently located forty minutes from Portland, a city with fabulous restaurants and opportunities to take whale watching and island tours. We are also within driving distance to Boston, New Hampshire, Boothbay, Kennebunkport, L.L. Bean, and several outlet malls. Just like the spring bulbs burst into color, spring brings color to Maine. The possibilities are endless:

Hike, bike and enjoy the outdoors.
Visit Maine's famous Botanical Gardens.
Kennebunkport Festival.
Old Port Festival.
