The location is very good and the view from the balcony is wonderful. Supermarket, bakery and restaurant are nearby.

We chose this place for its proximity to the train station as well as the views from the terraces but it is well located for any of the attractions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend it.

This was the second time that we have stayed in this beautiful apartment and if we come back to Venice we will stay again. Perfect location the balcony is so nice and the host is easy to work with.

The apartment was lovely. The best part was the balcony. We sat there every morning for coffee and in the evening. The traffic in the canal was so interesting to watch. We even saw a funeral. The only reason that I gave it a good instead of excellent was because of a few inconveniences. Mostly burnt out light bulbs in the master bath, over the stove, and on the patio. Also the shower door in the guest bathroom was held together with a rope. Not what I would expect in an otherwise beautiful apartment.

Awesome location! Elevator in the building! Great space and balcony. Highly recommend. Great coffee and pastries across the street. Grocery store next door.

The apartment was bigger than it looked in the photos and there was a lot of light that came in through the windows, brightening our stay. We traveled with another couple and it was the perfect amount of room for the four of us. We really enjoyed our time on the terraces - looking across the rooftops, watching the boat traffic and gondolas, and seeing the stars at night. The apartment was very quiet and clean. We loved our stay!

Beautiful apartment located in the middle of it all. Very clean and comfortable. Federica met us at the entrance to deliver the keys and walk us through the place. She was very friendly, conversational, and concerned for our comfort, needs and knowledge for getting around and seeing Venezia. She also responded promptly to messages. I highly recommend this place!

I stayed here for the weekend before a conference with a friend and it was an absolutely perfect stay. This apartment is in a great part of Venice that is just busy enough without feeling too touristy or overpowering, but is a short walk from lots of shops and restaurants. The best part is definitely the balcony, which has a gorgeous view of the canal (there are actually two big balconies!) and a lovely place to have a glass of wine and hang out for the evening. Federica was an absolutely wonderful host, extremely accommodating and easy to get in touch with. If I am in Venice any time soon again, I will surely be staying here! :)

The location is perfect for what we wanted. Beyond that I cannot recommend. Faulty plumbing in shower and sink, very uncomfortable beds. We loved the area but the residence is in need of maintenance and thorough cleaning.

What an amazing spot! Host was so kind and helpful. We had a wonderful time. The apartment was quiet, clean, comfortable and an amazing view of the canal. We felt very safe in the area. Building is very secure. We hope to return!

This was absolutely fantastic, very large and spacious apartment that was in a perfect location for us to explore wonderful Venice for our fourth time.The two balconies overlooking the Canal was the perfect spot for us to relax after long walks There is a grocery a few step away. Lovely Pasticceria right below .We would highly recommend staying there.

Great place to stay

Wonderful location to stay close to the train station. Only upgrade needed was the wi-fi. I would stay there again.

Beautiful apartment in Santa Croce, with a lift. Apartment is on the 3rd floor. The host, Federica, is very responsive, Chiara met us at check-in and was lovely and welcoming. The apartment is very large with 2 terraces and was very clean. Kitchen was well stocked, just be aware there is no microwave. There is a washer (though we did not use) Nice bedding and towels, Master bed mattress is very, very firm. We stayed during a severe heat wave (98F ), so important to note that only the two bedroom areas (on opposite sides of the living room) have air conditioning units so we were not able to use the living room area as it was much too hot. The terraces were nice at night. The neighborhood is right on a canal and is very quiet. The train station area, and one of the main "vaporertti"/public water bus docks, is a short 4 minute walk with 2 bridges (one small, one very large). Rialto Bridge area is about .7 miles. There is a nice grocery store just a couple doors over as well as a few restaurants.

Fabulous Property!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property!! It made a perfect home-base for our five day exploration of Venice. We loved the spacious apartment and all the amenities. The balcony absolutely was our most favorite part and we spent every morning and evening out on it enjoying the view and watching life go by in this residential area. Having the grocery store just steps away was fantastic!! We highly recommend this property! Thanks to our wonderful hostess, Federika.

Santa Croce stay

This aoartment was lovely! Large and airy!’ On the third floor(with lift) 2 decks and spectacular views!! Great walking neighborhood on both sides of canal!! And walking distance also to train and Piazza San Marco!! Would definitely stay here again!! Bellisimo!!

Lovely Flat

Ideal location - 10 minute walk to the Pizzale Roma (train and bus station) BEAUTIFUL Terrance with wonderful double room/ double baths. Right on the canal.
