Welcome to Sea Gull Haven:
This fun perfectly situated beach home is a great choice for your next visit to the coast. The spacious wrap-around deck is definitely a huge bonus for this home. Accessible just outside of the kitchen, there is a lovely south-facing deck with a hot tub which is perfect shelter from the summer breeze. The upstairs great room provides a fun space for the family to be together, and the downstairs den is great for kids or more quiet time. The bedrooms are nicely equipped and comfortable. The house had a recent refresh with an upgraded kitchen, and new furnishings, window coverings, and beds in 2022. There is space in the garage to store beach gear.

Kiwanda Shores is a private gated neighborhood along the ocean front in Pacific City. Security, pride in ownership and peaceful enjoyment of the coastal experience is shared by Kiwanda Shores homeowners and renters alike. A low bank sandy beach slopes to the ocean from the Ocean Front homes. Beach access is available to the Second Row and Back homes.

This home is pet friendly for one or two dogs. Please let us know if you will be bringing a pet so that we can add the non-refundable pet fee of $10/night. Only well-behaved dogs are allowed. Pets are not allowed on the furniture, or left in the house unattended.
Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. After your booking is confirmed, you will be sent the full rental contract and terms.
The safety of our staff, guests and local community is our top priority. This home is professionally managed and cleaned to strict standards in line with CDC guidelines, including supervised housekeeping and post-clean sanitation.
Cancellation policy: 1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 7 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35. (If you book with a 3rd party, different charges may apply).
