NO HURRICANE DAMAGE at this Sweet Island Retreat! All of the tranquility and luxury you desire will be found here. All new, inside and out! Sugar Reef is a duplex so it both units may be rented for a larger group. See Listing # 684977 for SUGAR REEF "A". Each unit can accommodate 4 guests. With vaulted ceilings and an open floor plan the unit has an open, beachy vibe.

You will enjoy the convenience of walking just two short blocks for direct access to the Gulf Of Mexico! You will also have quick access to the bay, waterfront park, kayak launch and children's playground.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!
Sugar Reef is located centrally on Anna Maria Island, between Manatee Avenue and Cortez Road for easy access on and off the island. You can easily hop on the FREE trolley to ride the full length of the island. A short 20 minutes drive by car to St. Armands Circle. Located within walking distance to historical Bridge Street and many restaurants and shops.

The apartment was very clean inside. The washer and dryer worked perfectly. The kitchen utensils and appliances were all in great condition. Communication with the host was smooth and easy. The house is in a great location. We had a wonderful stay and spent many happy days there.

Was very clean. Great location; one block to beach, close to trolley pick-up. Plenty of towels, and kitchen well supplied with everything needed to prepare meals. Thank you for a great vacation

Wonderful stay, loved they provided beach amenities and just a minute walk across the street to the beach. Host was very responsive from booking to checkout.

Hello! The unit was very clean upon arrival. The location is great. Please add to the parking instructions for Unit B to park in the back. There are grills onsite but, gas was not provided unless it was in the closet and we did not check the closet as that was an after thought. The coffee pot is a regular pot style so if you’re planning to bringing pods the coffee pot uses regular filters and coffee. There were filters in the unit. We would stay here again!

Thanks for the great feedback! You were correct, the gas tank for the grill is in the storage room along with all of the beach supplies. This is mentioned in our rental guide book.

Easy walk to the beach. Very clean and comfortable. Only issue was with the wireless network that didn’t work while we were there. Hopefully, this can be corrected quickly so others won’t have a problem.

Thank for your review. As we communicated while you were there and afterwards, Spectrum came out to find the neighborhood upgrade they recently did was slowing the system down considerably due to wiring connections that were no longer compatible. All has been replaced and the system is faster than it has ever been. I know this did not help the issue while you were there and I truly appreciated your patience. I want to assure future quests that this issue has been resolved.

Great location. Few minute walk to bay for sunrises, and same to the beach for play all day and sunsets! Clean and has all the basics you need.

Everything was amazing, start to finish. Immaculate and comfortable! Great location, a quick 5 minute walk to the Gulf! Communication with our host was top notch. There was everything I needed for the month of February.. I will definitely be back!

Family Vacation

We have rented this place 3 different times as the location is great for the beach, food, and AMI trolley stop.
