Beautiful and comfortable condo with a gorgeous view of the bay. The location made life easy. We could walk or take just a short drive to anything we wanted to see or do. We will definitely book again.

Great location! Super helpful/friendly owners.

What a great stay. We were overally pleased with our stay at this location. The owners stayed in touch with us from day one to make sure everything was perfect. Everything about it was great. I even told Kim that their pictures did not capture how well kept and nice their place is. Even though we were on the bayside, we had an amazing view of the bay each morning. The walk to the beach is extremely easy and just a block away. Wish they would be continuing their rentals for next year as we would definitely be back. I'll definitely reach out first next year to find out if available.

Paradise Perfection

This property had everything especially location. Loved our time on the balcony and dock watching dolphins, manatees and all the beautiful birds. The short walk to the beach was so convenient. Loved the sunsets! The condo had everything one could need for cooking and for the beach. Kimber was lovely and checked in on us a few times.couldn’t ask for a better vacation place.

Perfect!

Beautiful, clean property. Fully stocked. Beautiful, relaxing view of water from balcony, short walk across street to beach. We were there in January and weather was unusually cold. Condo provided very comfortable place to hover awaiting warmer weather. Kimber was very easy to communicate with and checked in on us a few times to make sure all was ok after a power failure. Highly recommend!

Bayfront better than across from the beach

The location on the bay and only 400 feet from the Gulf beach was excellent. It's quiet and very convenient. A well-kept property

Great property with dock and about 50 yds to the beach. Also not far to historic bridge street in Cortez. Great shopping and restaurants.

My Favorite Place!

2 time we have stayed at this unit. 3 time in this property. It is my favorite. Kimber is great to work with. Location is great. Always clean.

Island Time

In real estate, location is everything and this property is in the perfect spot! With the bay (and sunrise) out the front windows/patio and a quick 3 min walk to the beach for spectacular sunsets your days will be filled with sunshine! The condo is neat and well-furnished and the Island offers everything one needs (Grocery, Restaurants, Fabulous Beaches, and many sporting opportunities for fishing, boating etc. We will definitely return to this special place.

First visit to AMI

Totally loved our first trip to Anna Maria, the condo was exactly as seen online (even better) it has been undated compared to the photo, my husband was happy to see a TV in the bedroom!! Very nice that Kimber checks in to see if everything is going well. Great location and the island is easy to get around even when it is crowded, most likely will return!!

Fantastic

We were able to rent online. We knew the area/neighborhood but not the actual location. Condo was great. Very clean and nicely decorated. We absolutely loved the balcony overlooking the bay. We could watch the boats and relax. We a short walking distance from the lovely beach on the Gulf. No problem maintaining social distancing. Parking spot was included. We could walk places or take the trolley. Disappointing that our request to rent next year at this time was met with the news that it’s already rented😢

Island Life Vacation

Great place you couldn't beat the location. Fishing pier right outside the door and a great view from the balcony. Only one block to the gulf and within walking distance to the shops and restaurants. Very quite and everyone was very friendly. We have stayed on the island for several years and this was definitely the nicest place we have stayed. Very clean and they provide everything you could need. We will be back again.

Vacation paradise

Been to the island many times, this, by far, was my favorite location. The condo was very welcoming. Kimber, was a wonderful host. She had the condo stocked with everything we needed and then some. Thank you for a wonderful stay, can't wait to return

A REAL GEM

We had a fantastic stay in this condo. The location is superb—quiet waterfront views on the inter coastal waterway but just steps from the beach, and walking-distance close to restaurants, music, bike and Segway rentals. We watched the sun come up every morning from our deck, flocks of ducks swimming by and pelicans diving for fish off the private dock—a non-stop nature show. The condo is clean and well stocked, including beach towels, chairs, and toys. Parking is easy. Kimber is a thoughtful, very responsive host. We literally could not have asked for more. Would rent again in a heartbeat. Thank you!

Perfect location, very clean and comfortable

Very good and spacious unit overlooking the bay, and just steps to the beach. Short walk to Bridge Street and may shops, restaurants. We love the area, and this unit gives you great access. I only give 5 stars when EVERYTHING is impeccable; all clean here, but the unit finishes are not all 5 star. But they are solid 4 star, and the price is appropriate for that. Very accommodating owner - gave us the courtesy of a late checkout on our last day since we had a later flight and the unit was not being rented the next day. All in all - I recommend this unit and we will certainly consider it for return trips in the future!

Great location, safe/quiet and comfortable.

We loved our stay on Anna Maria Island. The views from the condo were gorgeous. Every morning we sat on the balcony and watched the birds and dolphins put on a show. The condo was very comfortable, the kitchen very well equipped and comfy beds. Kimber was very sweet and checked in several times to make sure our trip was going well. The location is awesome. Trolley stop close by and since we rented bikes, we could go anywhere on the island without any problem. Great vacation spot!

Wonderful family condo

The condo was clean, decent kitchen supplies, beautiful view of the intercostal waters. We enjoyed having coffee looking at the water. Literally steps from the beach. Great beach chairs, and beach umbrellas. Very much appreciated those! Only real downside were the twin beds. My boys said the mattresses were thin and hard. I would definitely return. Great location.

My family and I are originally from California. We came to Tampa, FL in 2003 and have never looked back. My husband and I have to beautiful daughters and all of us LOVE the Bradenton Beach area. We Love coming to our condo just to recharge our batteries, as we all know, life tends to get a little stressful. We love walking around the village during the day or hanging out at the beach. One of our favorite things to do is to watch the sunset and to be grateful for what we have and are able to share with others.

Our condo is amazing! We are located right off of Gulf Drive N and 10th street south. This is a great location for walking or taking the trolley to where you need to go. Our beach is awesome the inter coastal is always amazing with the sunrise or just watching the boats go by. We are off the busy road so it's very quiet and we are a quick walk to the beach.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

We love this location because there is so much to do. You are 20mins away from the salty dog featured on Man VS. Food. We are about 30mins for St. Armand Circle and downtown Sarasota. If we chose to go north on the island we are only 10-15mins away from Anne Marie Island. So many choices, we are never bored, and of course if we just want to relax we head out to the beach for the day.
