No crowds!!!! Private deeded beach…South side of 30a! No streets to cross!! BIG!
If you are looking for an unpopulated beach to set your sandy toes, with easy beach and pool access, and a home large enough for everyone to have their own personal privacy, look no further!!! Wimaway in Seagrove Beach, is special to generations of families. Life here is all about sandals, sunglasses, beach chairs, and umbrellas. Very low density, Gated, Three story duplex, 4192 EAST COUNTY HWY. 30A, SEAGROVE FLORIDA 32459, with three porches, 5 bedrooms, 5 baths, swimming pool, and private beach access. Wimaway is less than two miles to Seaside and best if all it is on the south side of 30a.
Wimaway has five bedrooms, four with king size beds and private baths and one bedroom with two extra long full beds, which also has a private bath. There are three sleeper sofas with great mattresses. The garage has bikes, beach chairs, small umbrellas and a few beach toys, which we cannot guarantee the condition of, but are happy to share. Please report any loss or damage so that they can be replaced or fixed for the next guests. There will be two complimentary beach chairs and an umbrella set up for you each morning… There is a tent in the garage that guests are allowed to use. There are balconies off of the four private king bedrooms. The swimming pool for Wimaway is just off of the first floor balcony. Walk about 150 steps and get on the boardwalk which strolls right down to the sand..... easy. This home will pleasantly absorb your group and give you so much time together, but with the space to regroup and refresh for the next day. If you are looking for more space, as a bonus the adjacent unit is identical and works seamlessly for 5 more bedrooms. You can google it ..”BVE” or Seagrove by the sea U

The rooms were clean throughout and everything was well stocked and equipped for our stay and Mrs. Susan was a wonderful host. We had amenities that some of the other units did not. We had bicycles and a grill for our use which others did not. Thank you for providing the “extras “.

We had an amazing stay at Wimaway. The accommodations were everything that was advertised. We were minutes from the beach and minutes to all of the local restaurants and bars. The home was well appointed, the beds were all very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We would definitely stay again.

Our Thanksgiving holiday in this beautiful home was absolutely amazing! Susan is very responsive and a wonderful host. The house is beautifully decorated, stocked kitchen and very comfortable. We had ample room to spread having living spaces on all 3 floors. Just a few steps to the private beach. Thanks for renting to our family.

Wonderful house, fantastic location
We just loved this house. Perfect for everything we wanted to do. Three balconies, a pool right off the back, and less than a city block away from the beach. Would absolutely go here again!

Family of 14 at Wimaway
So pleased with the sleeping arrangements as all 4 couples had comfortable king sized beds, the 2 babies had pack and plays in their parents closets and the other 4 grandchildren had the bedroom with 2 full sized beds. Everyone was comfortable and each family had our bathrooms!

Nice location. Plenty of room.
Great location on the beach. Plenty of room for our 10 guests. Teens enjoyed the pool area in the evenings. Moms enjoyed the patios. Sugar sand beaches are the best. Definitely recommend.

Happy Family Annual Vacation
This house was perfect for our family. We are a family of nine plus a great-granddaughter. The arrangement of rooms were good so each had a private area. We loved the location.

Annual family vacation
Our stay was amazing, the property lives up to what’s shown online. Susan was a great host who had great communication throughout our entire stay. She even surprised us with a welcome gift! Would highly recommend!

Sons wedding weekend - 4 complexes down
We had a wonderful weekend. This home was great. It was in walking distance to our wedding venue, very spacious, lots of sleeping room, and the owner was easily accessible.

Family get rite gathering,
The property location is great , pool , bikes , grill , and decks all was used this week . Having three families there at one time was nice , the house performs as advertised!!thank you Susan!!

Fabulous beach stay
The house has 3 floors each with a spacious patio/balcony. Well equipped and owner was easy to communicate with. Restaurants within waking distance and nice Publix just a short drive away. Also good walks in nearby protected national forest. Literally steps from a private beach- what more can you ask for?

Perfect Getaway!
Gorgeous property! The layout was perfect for our group - everyone had a bedroom and bathroom to themselves! The lower level living area provided the teens a place to hang out and we so enjoyed the lovely balconies. The walk to the beach was short and furnishing were fabulous. We will definitely book this home again!

Best Beach Trip Yet!
Property was ideal. Great location, super easy access, incredibly clean, had EVERYTHING we needed. Fit all 14 of us comfortably. Host is amazing! Helpful, easy to communicate with, and just super sweet. Our family hadn’t had a beach vacation all together since 2020. It was so good for the soul. Lots of wonderful memories made! You WON’T be disappointed! Highly recommend!

Wimaway, is well appointed. It has terrific beach access, with great ocean breezes and glimpses of the ocean. There are no roads to cross. Our gated beach creates a relaxing uncrowded way to enjoy the gulf. Seaside is less than two miles away. There are wonderful restaurants within walking distance of our property. There is a swimming pool which is within view of our 3 balconies in the south side of our home. We have bikes and chairs in garage which we are happy to share. We with ample parking for 3-4 vehicles.

Our property is on the south side of 30A. (No streets to cross). We have a terrific swimming pool. There are balconies off of 4 of the 5 bedrooms. We have a kitchenette downstairs which makes beach refreshments so accessible. This is the first rental season for our home.
