Impeccable townhouse with tasteful interior décor and finishes. Three level design featuring 4 bedrooms and 3 baths including large 3rd level Master suite. Rear sodded yard, garage, outside shower, two decks , spacious bedrooms and open floor plan on main level. Fantastic views of inter coastal waterway. Great location. Short stroll to the beach, 58th street pier, promenade, baseball fields, playground, tennis courts, restaurants and shopping. Fully equipped kitchen, free WiFi, 5 TV's, Tiki bar and Foosball in the garage. Everything you need for a relaxing vacation in the charming town of Sea Isle City.
House is smoke free, pet free and has a minimum rental age of 28.

Best stay ever

We were looking for convenient stay near our friends house. Turned out to be the best house we’ve ever stayed at. The accommodations are amazing and the decor is perfect! This house is loved. And I hope everyone continues to love it when they stay there. Will definitely return. Sea Isle is our new fav place.

Great Stay

We enjoyed this home in our brief visit. It is well decorated, and comfortable. Front deck was a welcome place for gathering. Easy walk to beach, grill, outside shower and kitchen all bonuses.

Shore Vacation

My family and I had a wonderful time in Sea Isle and Mark and Mary's home is like a home away from home!! Beautiful, clean, comfortable, with all the amenities you need, location is perfect! Would recommend this property to everyone!

The perfect beach home!

I was instantly impressed with this gorgeous property! This home is clean, beautifully decorated and very spacious. It was a short walk to the beach with more than enough beach chairs! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the sunset over the bay. I would also like to add how kind Mary and Mark were with communication prior to our stay. We can't wait to visit again!

Amazing weekend!!! Clean, accommodating, felt like home :)

We stayed here for a girls weekend and there are literally no suggestions I can make for our stay to have been better. This shore house was spotless and every room you entered made you feel like you were in your own home. The garage with the little tiki bar and foosball table made for a great spot to hang out if the kids are sleeping. Backyard is also a huge bonus for a shore rental. I usually go to a different shore point for family vacation but I think it might be time to make the switch!

Wonderful!

What a great place! We loved it! Quiet location, clean, well stocked, looks even better in person. Everything was very easy as far as exchanging information, getting the keys and check out. Short walk to nice section of beach ( 6 tags included!). Great food: Mrs Brizzles sticky buns, Mike's seafood (BYOB), White Briar in Avalon. Thanks Mary and Mark for saving our girlfriend's weekend and for sharing your place!

The Best Experience I Could Have Asked For!

Hello - Thank you so much for letting me rent you beach house. I am a SIC veteran and was so happy I was able to set up a girls weekend in such an incredible house. Girls weekend

The accommodations were perfect for a group of women. Three full bathrooms was much needed and appreciated. The kitchen was equipped very well, decor was great and the walk to the beach was very easy. I would consider this rental again for future needs. Thanks for making this process so smooth!
