Condo # 210, is a top to bottom remodeled second floor ocean front vacation condo, with detail and sophistication to exceed all your expectations. This coastal themed beach retreat is an updated two bedroom, two bath Condo, conveniently located on the 2nd floor.

Holiday Surf 210 accommodates up to 6 people with a king size bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the guest bedroom and sofa sleeper in the living room.

The condo décor has been tastefully renovated with ocean and beach inspirations, all Granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances and dining for six. There is carpet in the bedrooms and tile floors throughout the rest of unit. Enjoy views of the Holiday Surf private beach and wonderful Gulf views from your balcony. This unit also features a private washer and dryer in the outside closet.

Don't forget all the other wonderful amenities Holiday Surf has to offer - a great outdoor heated pool, Fitness room, Sauna, Tennis courts (free equipment rental), Shuffleboard and Free DVD rentals. In unit WIFI and Parking are always Free!

Wonderful memories were made here!

We were very pleased with our room - exactly as pictured. Close to the beach, beautiful view, and the condo has everything you need to cook. We loved it and we hope to visit soon!

March on the beach!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented a beautiful unit at the Holiday Surf and Racquet Club for 10 glorious days in early March. We had everything we needed to be comfortable and enjoy the beach. The staff was amazing from the moment we arrived. They made sure we had everything we needed. Beautiful pool and tennis/pickle ball courts. Easy access to the beach with an attendant that set up our chairs and umbrella. We always felt safe as the property was gated. Close proximity to many restaurants and activities. I highly recommend this property.

DO NOT RENT

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: HORRENDOUS. The absolute worst VRBO I have stayed in so far. The smell of chlorine was so overwhelming everyones eyes were watering and everyone in the party was coughing. The staff was called immediately and I was told maintenance could possibly come out the next day and change the air filters. What?! I also asked if we could move to another unit and I would pay extra if needed. I was told they were at capacity and nothing could be done .WE did not even unpack our cars. The smell of chlorine was coming in through the air filters, and it was unsafe. I drove 8 hours from savannah, only to get a hotel room for another 400.00 so we could have somewhere safe to stay. The property manager called me two days later to say she she was sorry, but again no resolution was offered. The property in the picture is literally not at all what is reality. There was a wonderful photographer who made this unit look bright and brand new when in reality lights did work and it was very dark and unclean. Batteries were missing from the ceiling fan remotes, lightbulbs were completely out in the kitchen and there was sand on the floors and in one of the beds. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
