Brand New Remodel on October 2023!! Brand New outdoor kitchen!4Bedrooms, 2 Bath, Tiki Hut overlooking the river! Heated saltwater pool! Southern Exposure! 2400 square foot home one level! All new kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Both bathrooms totally remodeled with granite counter tops. All new tile flooring throughout the home. This home is one house from the river. Private heated salt water pool with southern exposure. Very quite neighborhood that's great for walking and biking. The home has a very large pool deck for sunbathing or just watching the boats go by.

Only 20 min to Fort Myers Beach or Sanibel Island! This home is near everything!

Home is equipped with some exercise equipment as well as a ping pong table, basketball hoop, 2 Kayaks, fishing rods, bicycles, beach chairs and scooters for the kids!

Supreme setup

If you want to just find a place to relax and chill with family and friends, this property couldn’t be better equipped. Gorgeous peaceful channel/river views and breeze, pristine pool, amazing outdoor kitchen and great room set up.

Tiki Dream

We had an amazing family vacation in Cape Coral. House is beautiful and right on the water. Enjoyed the view, and family atmosphere. We were there during a storm but still made the best of it. Look forward to visiting again.

Beautiful location!

We enjoyed our vacation and staying at this house. It was simply beautiful to relax by the water and have fun in the pool. Everything was very clean and the perfect space our group of two families with kids! We can't wait to come back.

Great place

Property location on the water was great. Great pool and games out back. Inside was great and clean. Only issue was at check in, we didn't get the code until 2 hours after our scheduled check in and couldn't get in touch with the property owners. Small glitch but over great place.

We enjoyed the property very much. Great location, and view. Lobster lady for dinner and tiki hit cruise is a must as well!

2 week holiday

The property was as advertised. The communication with Michael the owner was excellent as we had some special needs. The view and access to the water couldn’t have been better. I would definitely recommend the property

Perfect family vacation home!

This home had everything we needed to have the perfect vacation! From the location with gorgeous tiki hut on the dock to the ping pong table and basketball hoop, this property made out vacation memorable. The property was clean and tje home wsd stocked with all the amenities we needed. A++++ rating from us (family of 5)

Relaxing family vacation

Our family had a wonderful time, the home is kept up well and has great amenities. We enjoyed hanging out on the dock and fishing, using the beach items in the garage to go to Sanibel island, and cooking meals and playing games with each other. The location is gorgeous and will not disappoint you!

All we had hoped!

This property is absolutely beautiful! It was very clean and beautifully decorated! Everyone enjoyed the pool and ping pong table! Having coffee in the tiki hut by the water every morning was incredible! We would highly recommended this property!❤️

The perfect place for our vacation stay

We had such an amazing time on this vacation and part of the reason it went so well is because of this house where we stayed. The pool was perfect, the view was really nice, the house is so nice inside and out, and the property manager was such a nice guy. Don’t hesitate on this one, if it’s available take advantage and snatch it up.

Beautiful!!

Beautiful home with lots to keep your family entertained on site. We had a 4 day swim meet in Fort Myers and needed a place where the family could relax since they wouldn’t be at the pool 10+ hours a day with my athlete. They liked all the amenities, the neighborhood, and the local food.

Loved the house, it was as described. We spent most hours at the house outside enjoying the pool and tiki hut. Host Michael was great with communication Andre never needed to contact him about anything. Would rent again.

Fantastic stay

What a great property! The pool with ping-pong table on the side was the perfect combo. There were lots of extra tubes and pool toys to enjoy. The tiki hut on the water was the best place to enjoy a nice meal or relax. Michael was a wonderful host and we kept good communication throughout the trip. He recommended some great places to eat and immediately responded to any questions we had. We could not have asked for a better place to stay, and the new renovations were amazing!

Beautiful property and house

This house and property were impeccable! The location was excellent-plenty of things to do in Cape Coral. We loved that during down time we could sit under the tiki hut and watch the boats go by! At night, when it got a bit cooler we sat on the lanai by the pool and enjoyed the fire pit and played ping pong. We spent 90% of out time outdoors and this outdoor furniture was all very comfortable. We would rent this house again!

Awesome place to stay

Beautiful location and property. We spent most of our time either at the tiki hut watching the boats or around the pool and firepit. The pool was delightful. We took walks around the neighborhood. The house was really nice. Our bed was comfy but our friends who had the other king said the mattress wasn't the best. We would love to come back next year.

Beautiful!

The house was AMAZING! It was very clean and just an overall beautiful home! The pics do it no justice. The view was breath taking. We spotted a few dolphins and my daughter and her boyfriend seen a manatee while out kayaking. The property manager was very nice and informative. The owner was very responsive and checked in on us to see how our stay was going. Thank you so much for a wonderful 10 days!

Yet another great stay

This is our second stay at the tiki on the water. Another great stay. The house is so comfortable. Great pool area. The tiki on the dock is where I spent most of my time with a fishing pole in my hand. It was so hot this time around but the shark were still biting hard. Caught several small bull sharks. Of course a quick release. The pool was such a great way to beat the heat. The house has everything you could need. We have loved the house on both of our stays. It is located so close to so many great restaurants and shops.

Fabulous Tiki-Hut-on-the-Water exceeds expectations!

Absolutely beautiful villa, super clean and very comfortable with everything we could want. We very much enjoyed the pool, kayaks, Fire pit and table tennis. The outside decking area was splendid. We kayaked with 4 dolphins swimming nearby on our last morning out of the canal area. Amazing. The only small negatives were that the bikes hadn’t been well maintained and one of the kayak seats was broken. The local burrowing owls were a treat to see. We enjoyed the shopping, wildlife and eateries near by. We loved the area and enjoyed mini golf, batting cages, swimming in the lovely warm Gulf of Mexico and the wildlife refuges where we saw manatees relaxing in their natural environment. What a magnificent place. Thank you for our stay in this stunning villa.

Great family vacation

The Tiki on the water house was exactly as advertised, maybe nicer. Our family 5 adults and 2 grandkids 2 and 4 had a great vacation. The house was exactly as shown in the pictures, although we didn’t spend much time inside. Outside was fantastic. The screened in pool area with a beautifully maintained pool, nice outdoor furniture, ping pong table, music system, and flat screen television Was the place we spent most of the time. The dock with the Tiki bar was the 2nd. The kids loved fishing. We also saw a dolphin and sea turtle a few times. Took day trips to Fort Myers’s, and Sanibel Island still needs work after the Hurricane but beaches were not as crowded, (also had dolphins come right up to the beach on Sanibel). Restaurants in area were good as were the suggestions from the renter. Would definitely recommend and may return again. We like to try different locations but this is worth another trip.

Great house and pool area

The house was very nice and clean. We really enjoyed binging Netflix from the pool (on the outdoor TV). The only thing we were not aware of (or perhaps didn't read the fine print before hand) was that laundry detergent was NOT provided, yet we were expected to wash beach/pool towels and start the wash of sheets. Also, only 2 rolls of toilet paper and one roll of paper towels. We've travel each year for our annual girl's trip, and have never had to purchase these items, so once we landed, we completed our grocery shopping, but had to go back for these items. We'll pay attention to the fine print next time. Other than the low supplies, the house was fantastic.

Tiki on the River

Beautiful view, quite, lots of things to do, convenient to shopping, beaches and restaurants. I would recommend and would book again. Only thing I didn’t care for was the fact on top of everything we had to pay for in advance we had to pay extra for electric usage. The house sleeps 10 we were to have 5 adults and 2 children. We were charged an additional $200 for extra person. Well one adult could not attend but so far there was no mention of a refund for the extra person. I would have thought if it sleeps 10 then the price would have covered that with no extra charge, we will see I will correct this if we get a refund. The electric usage for 4 nights was $97.05, for 6 people.
