Cozy place to stay close to the beach. My family and I enjoyed this condo, the pool and the surrounding trails. I highly recommend this place as a budget friendlier option.

The place was decent for the price. There were however bugs crawling on bedroom curtains. The stove needs to be replaced-it’s lop sided, burners smell when you cook anything. Location wise it was close to public beach access.

Winter Break

The location worked out very well and the tennis courts were literally out the back door which was fantastic.

Quietly tucked away

We had a stay. The location sits a little off of the roadway which is nice if want to avoid traffic noise. This unit is located next to a nature trail that we enjoyed. It is also right next to the tennis courts and pool. Very quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors.

Magnificent and Quiet

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an absolutely amazing vacation! The rental unit was cozy and spacious all at the same time. The nature trail was such a bonus to the tennis courts and swimming pools. We loved how quiet the area is and how it's within walking distance to a shopping area and just across the street from the beach! We will definitely rent this unit again in the future!

To our own fault, we did not realize there would be a ton of teenagers riding bikes all week, which made getting back and forth from places difficult. The rooms were very nice, a bit older, but very clean. Positives: Communication with Host(s); Price for week; Cleanliness Negatives: Only 2 dumpsters for entire group of houses; Uncomfortable beds (

Not a fair review, to only give the stay a three star review. We can not control how many people or teenagers that are in any given area. There are many more trash containers in the neighborhood, and they are emptied twice a week, at no time were they full, so understanding why this was an issue or even mentioned is a mystery. Again not a very fair review.

So crowded:(

Pool was small and loaded with little kids. Adults have a difficult time enjoying the pool. Beach access took some walking and the beach near was packed. For the cost of our stay, we felt that it was not worth it. Of course the beach is beautiful when one can see from behind all the umbrellas:(

Basic and clean

This property is perfectly adequate for the price. It was very clean other than the sofa but that is to be expected for a beach rental. The location is quiet and safe and about a 10 min walk to the beach. There is a nice cafe (Pig something) within walking distance as well as 2 different ice cream shops. The general store didn't open until 10 though so that was a bummer when we tried to get ice. One note...we would recommend that the wifi password as well as the directions to the beach access be written somewhere in the unit (on the fridge or something). We would stay here again. The beach is amazing.

Cassine Gardens 271 is Awesome!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location! Great two-story townhouse with everything you need for a week-long stay! Very, very clean and neat! Main bathroom upstairs is two parts with a door in between the shower/toilet and the sink so two people can be in there at the same time. It's not the Taj Mahal but if you're looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay, this is it! We will definitely be back! Candy at Seagrove rentals is awesome!

Tennis courts are directly behind this unit but their use was not an issue. NOT MY KINDA PLACE

Did not like the area at all, way too crowded, and too much traffic (foot, bikes, golf carts, cars). While the the beach is beautiful, its way too crowded, and not convenient to condo. Pool was more like a hot tub, not refreshing at all. Restaurants are way way overpriced and hard to get a reservation. We've been to other beach areas that were less crowded and less expensive, and just as nice if not nicer. Sorry We won't be back.

Apologies, that you did not enjoy your stay, there is always the off season or shoulder season less crowded, the expenses, (restaurants, shopping etc.) will be the same though.

Comfortable, quiet, beautiful beaches

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I'm glad I read all the details prior to staying here, so we came prepared. It is odd to pay to stay somewhere and have to bring your own toilet paper. The area was lovely but more populated/crowded than expected. It's a nice location. You can walk to the beach, but if you're carrying lots of things, there is a place someone can drop you off to make it easier. The beach and water are lovely; the public stretch of beach isn't huge, but we always found a place to set up.The tennis courts are also marked for pickle ball, and we got in a couple of games which was nice. Everything was clean: the condo, the pool, the property, and the beach. We had a nice time. Would visit again, perhaps in cooler months.

Thank you for your review we are glad that you enjoyed your stay. Each property is supplied with the following to get the guest started unit they can obtain their own. One roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, 2 trash can liners for each trash receptacle. Courtesy soaps for each bathroom, and kitchen, 2 packets of automatic dishwasher detergent. All properties come with 2 towels per sleeping capacity, a kitchen sets, 5 wash clothes per bathroom.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The surrounding area-was nice. Not too far from the beach. Very quiet community. The property management was responsive to calls and emails. When we arrived the unit was not cleaned throughly. There was one wall that was very dirty. Carpet and floors look like they had not been swept. We did find two cockroaches during our stay. There was only one roll of toilet paper, one garbage bag, no dish soap, or hand soap.

Location was great, it was 5 minutes away from the beach. The size of this condo was great, the kitchen has everything you need for cooking. The swimming pool is small but nice and comfortable, it wasn’t crowded at all. We were walking distance from coffee and smoothies shops. Mi Casita is a Spanish restaurant walking distance from the condos, we spent 80 on a family of 5. There’s also a pizza and pasta restaurant nearby. Gas station and bike rentals and souvenir shops are close by. The only thing I would change about this condo is the couch, it needs a nice deep clean. And the flooring and baseboards could use some cleaning as well. But it was a win stay for sure. We enjoyed staying in Seagrove area.
