Nice little place in a great location

Property was just a few minutes to the beautiful gulf beach. The townhouse was clean and great for the 4 of us. If a few minor things were updated the property would appear even nicer. Would definitely go back.

Location very nice. Description of layout didn’t show living area was upstairs and sleeping quarters downstairs overall it was nice Family friendly

Wonderful

The beach house was exactly like pictures and very cozy . It was a home away from home. I was very sad to leave but will be coming back hopefully next year . This place is great for families, stroll to beach was very short . There is a wonderful Mexican restaurant next door ! Property manager and team responded very quickly to messages and very friendly .

Most uncomfortable vacation

The location and communication was great. The overall condition of the condo was poor- not clean, stained and broken furniture. Old furniture and furnishings. Needs updating throughout!

A nice stay

It was very close to the beach, which is were we spent a majority of our time,in a friendly and welcoming complex. Would definitely do it again, and would recommend to others.

Nice stay

We liked the cosy house. A few more informations would have been fine: where exactly is the pool, where the washing machine... It would also be nice to meet a human being at the office instead of only finding a key in a box, which we didn't know in advance. No real problems, of course, but not so kind

Love the location but the property could use some updating.

We love this location! It's within walking distance to great dining options, and we enjoyed biking to all the nearby shops. We've stayed in this complex several times, though this was our first time in this particular unit. The layout felt a bit awkward, with the bedrooms located on the first floor and the main living area upstairs. The unit could definitely benefit from some updates—fresh paint and newer furnishings would make a big difference. Most importantly, we found that it wasn't as clean as we expected. Could use a good deep cleaning for sure!

Good stay, great area.

We enjoyed our stay in Seagrove Beach. This condo was very close to the beach access, and the beach was not overly crowded. The only issue that we had was the floors were not clean when we checked in (the looked like they had been swept but not mopped) and one of the bathroom sinks had finger drawings in the bowl, so it clearly was not cleaned. I sent an email to the email address that I found online, but they had not received the email by the time we checked out. I would rent again, but would check the floors and call if they aren’t clean (we checked in after hours, so calling wasn’t an option).

Fantastic Location, Clean and Bright!

The living space is upstairs and bedrooms are downstairs. Nice beachy decor. Location is just across the street from the beach and just steps to the community pool. Can’t beat what you get for the price—we would definitely stay here again! (Property management company was also incredibly responsive and helpful—highly recommend!)

Needs updates

Outdated and dirty floors. Hair in the tub drain and palmetto bugs at the entrance. AC wasn’t working but mgmt had someone there within the hour and it was fixed.

Apologies that you did not enjoy your stay. The property passed a stringent inspection before your arrival. We realize you were quite upset that you locked your self out of the property. A representative was there within 5 minutes to make sure that you had access to the property.

Great location

Beach is a very short walk away and it's super close to the sandy bike trails of Point Washington SF and Eastern lake trail system. As a family of mountain bikers it's the main reason we visit Seagrove Beach during the winter break. Overall, the property was clean. However a number plates and mugs needed to be washed before use, grease and coffee stains etc. The kitchen is well equipped so it was a plus. Bathrooms are updated but note to others: it only has one full bath. We would definitely stay here again.

I had never stayed in a rental vacation property before (other than AirBnB), and either I missed it in the emails or it wasn’t there, but there not being a grill (but you can bring a gas one) would’ve been good info to have. As well as a reminder to bring trash bags, hand soap, TP, etc. Wasn’t a huge deal, just an extra trip to the store and I’ll know for next time. We loved it though.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place needed a deep clean , was not aware the kitchen was upstairs, couch has blood stains, refrigerator door doesn’t shut for fit right, toilet seat doesn’t fit right, drains were all clogged, twin mattresses are awful causing severe sciatica. Dirty skillets were in the cupboards. Knives were broken. Only positive was the water pressure was great. Pool was very nice.

If it was that bad why die you stay? A independent inspector went by, absolutely none of the above was found none of it. So why put something out thee like this, it's ridiculous. Maybe having a bad day..

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I would not recommend this property.Many things needed fixing. Furniture soiled, bed linens of poor quality and mismatched. No mattress pad,, only sheet covering a foam topper. Patio door fogged, blinds missing pieces, lots of decorative “junk” about.Refrigerator door did not shut completely, Location to beach was good, restaurants nearby a plus, but that cannot make up for failure of this rental as a pleasing place to stay.

Our stay at Cassine Gardens 110 great.The House-The house was very clean. The kitchen had lots of pots and pans for cooking .The refrigerator had a working ice-maker that replenishes often and kept up with our family of four. In my opinion the rental company could provide better amenities such as hand soap and a couple of trash bags for the kitchen. Only one roll of toilet paper for each restroom as well seems minimal.The washer and dryer worked great. The beach-The Beach was a quick six minute walk away crossing over 30A - at a designated crosswalk. There are private beaches on either side of the beach designated for usage so your options are limited to about 100 feet of beach. The rental company-By far my worst experience with a rental company as far as needing something during your stay. The TV is set up through a Roku.The issue was there were no “apps” installed that we could log into to watch TV and you had to have the Roku password to add an app. I called the rental company and spoke with a female (Kathy?) and explained the situation. Her response was “we haven’t had any issues.” When I asked if she could get the password she replied “we don’t have the password and have no way of getting it” When I asked how they could resolve the issue she said “we aren’t going to refund you for this.”I said I didn’t want a refund- I simply wanted to be able to watch TV during my week long stay. She simply said there was nothing she could do. Not an ideal response.

Do not rent to this, person (Jackie) she threatened us with a bad review, since we did not have the ROKU password/pin. She wanted to know what we were going to do about it. We did not install the TV, and we do not know who did. Yeah there is nothing that we could do about the TV. Not an ideal way for a person to act., especially after being threatened. Do not rent to Jackie.

Location is perfect! So close to the beach access, and walking distance to local restaurants. This condo is a great central location and short drive to Alys Beach, Seaside, and Watercolor, all of which have beautiful, unique attractions. Pool area is nice, quiet and wasn’t too crowded and the kids loved walking through the nature trails to get to the pool. The only negatives: the tv in the primary bedroom didn’t work, possibly was just the remote, but we gave up trying and the “kids” twin room does not have a tv at all. The layout with the kitchen/living area upstairs is a little inconvenient and the pull-out sofa was not the most comfortable. Overall, the location and value for a 30A vacation outweighs the negatives for sure. Would definitely return.
