Excellent location for walkers. About a mile to the river/downtown area. The apartment was very clean, quiet, comfortable bed and well stocked kitchen. I would add curtains to bedroom to block out street lights as the blinds aren’t enough.

Few things would make it better

Good local except new skillets are needed for cooking! Also noise level of traffic outside bedroom window is continuous till around 3:30 am! On the plus side excellent walking distance to everything one would need

The bed was very comfortable with extra towels, and extra beach towels! We enjoyed the proximity to the park and were able to walk easily through the historic district. The upstairs neighbors can be heard when walking around or if they happen to be a bit loud, but it wasn’t overly a nuisance. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. Top notch!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved celebrating our honeymoon here. Amazing location about a 30 minute or less walk to riverfront and directly looks upon Forsyth park. Little trouble parking on weekend but nothing major. Spotlessly clean and beautiful place to stay. Everything there that we needed. We walked all over downtown from here and had zero problems with safety or anyone bothering us. Bed was amazing. Only small suggestion would be to put curtains in bedroom to block out street lights but amazing and gorgeous view anyway.

Excellent location and easy access--just be ready for a bright room to sleep in

This property was located in an excellent location, but with that being said, the bedroom is at the front of the home and therefore, is very bright at night (even with the blinds closed). Outside on the main street directly in front of the rental is a street light and also 2 lights for the walking path around Forsyth Park. This makes for a very bright room with all of the light on the windows. I had read a previous comment regarding this, so I brought a cover with us to cover the closed blinds and it was still incredibly bright in the room. I also brought a sound machine with us because a previous reviewer commented on the street traffic noise at night. The sound machine worked perfectly to filter out the noise, but the cover I brought didn't. Overall, the house was very nice and such a great location. Very clean and all necessities were provided, even to include some fold up chairs to enjoy sitting in the park. Would recommend staying here, just be aware that the bedroom is very bright at night.

perfect spot

Parking on street was never a problem, and I was within a block of the apartment the whole time. There is a little bit of road noise where I was on the first floor, which I expected, but I chose that unit because I thought my kids were joining me. The only complaint I had was that there must not be any insulation between the floors, which I had heard from other reviews. I think the people must've had a baby because they were up pacing in the morning at 4 am. This only bothered me the first night. I could sleep through it any other time. Being by the park was great. Nice organic food market around the corner. Easy to get around the city. The unit itself was clean and new feeling, but with charm. The bed was SUPER comfy.

It's nice to be able to actually converse with a live person. Our location right across from Forsythe Park was ideal. What a beautiful park!! We got to talk with the owner of the building also. Very nice, friendly fella! I would say to him, though, that he might want to re- think about renting long term to students as Friday night there was much male shouting and yelling, female screaming and laughing, thumping into whatever and pounding going on until 2:30 a.m. Sat. morning along with running up and down the stairs. I was honestly concerned for the girl who is supposed to be renting 905B as she'd been quiet as a mouse all week. Property was clean and maintenance issues were promptly addressed. It was well stocked. We would suggest a larger coffee maker and one that actually keeps the coffee hot. We would stay here again because of the location and the comfortableness of the unit as long as we had assurance there wouldn't be a repeat of Friday night .

Clean and Well decorated

Clean, well decorated 1 bedroom close to the downtown attractions. We walked everywhere so were able to avoid finding and paying for parking.

Reviewer Comments: We truly enjoyed our stay in Delia Row 905A the location is the best we walked to river street enjoyed shopping on Broughton and dined at local restaurants steps from our door the accommodations were roomy clean and comfortable we would most definitely choose to stay here again on our trips to Savannah the only negative I can think of is the noise from the upstairs tenant you can hear everything from footsteps to conversations to a dog barking but other than that we had a pleasant stay

The kitchen was apply stocked with the necessities. We were pleasantly surprised to find travel chairs in the closet to take to the park.Location was perfect to be in the middle of so many places to explore. Cleanliness was a 5 star! The staff was excellent with prompt responses to questions and very courteous!We will definitely choose this location again.

Very clean. Next to the park. We walked yo river street. It was about 2 miles but got to see so much. So it was a really good location. We had to park on the street but there was plenty of spots. Only negative thing was the couch it was very uncomfortable. Could use replacing
