This first floor apartment in the Delia Row Townhouse can easily accommodate the needs of four Lucky guests. You’ll enjoy front door access to Forsyth Park, Savannah’s largest park and popular location for weddings, music and food festivals.

Enjoy a little “me time” curled up on the couch with a good book, or catching up on your favorite shows. The living room is complete with a Queen size pull-out sofa bed, a 37" flat screen tv and DVD player - plus a bonus library of DVDs for your enjoyment. The bedroom has an additional seating area to enjoy people watching, reading a book, or just enjoying the 50” television. When it’s time to get some shut-eye, slip between the sheets of the luxurious California King sized bed. Come morning, you’ll be ready for a whole new day of exploring Historic Savannah.

Start your day of exploration with a walk across Forsyth Park to nearby Sentient Bean for coffee and a scone. Enjoy a little antique shopping at Alex Raskin Antiques on Monterey Square. Whether you're in town for a quick business trip, a romantic retreat, or a longer stay with family, the Delia Row Townhome is the perfect choice! For larger parties, consider adding one of our other 1 bedroom homes located in the same building!

Savannah’s historic buildings, squares, and streets have been beautifully preserved through the dedicated efforts of the Historic Savannah Foundation. Founded before the invention of the automobile, parking can be limited.

This unit has free, on-street parking right outside the front door. Availability will depend on time of day and season. Our guests have not reported trouble parking near the home, even on the busiest of weekends.

Great Apartment

Wonderful, clean apartment close to downtown Savannah. It was our first time visiting and we were very happy with where we stayed.

Lovely stay, great location

Cute intimate apartment on the park. It just needs curtain to block some night street lighting in the bedroom. Everything else is perfect

Savannah stay

Great property and location. We enjoyed our stay but the floors were dirty as I had read in one of the reviews. Property management was very attentive.

Forsyth Park Gem

Great location. Beautiful park across the street. Quiet. Very comfortable king bed. Nicely appointed. Walked to many restaurants and enjoyed Saturday farmers market in park. Highly recommend.

Excellent location for walkers. About a mile to the river/downtown area. The apartment was very clean, quiet, comfortable bed and well stocked kitchen. I would add curtains to bedroom to block out street lights as the blinds aren’t enough.

The view and location are priceless

Upon cking in we had one small hiccup. One phone call took care of everything to our satisfaction and then some. 💯 satisfied and 💯 recommend!!! Not one complaint 15/10

Getaway

Very clean. Next to the park. We walked yo river street. It was about 2 miles but got to see so much. So it was a really good location. We had to park on the street but there was plenty of spots. Only negative thing was the couch it was very uncomfortable. Could use replacing

Returning Home

As a native to Savannah from my childhood, I wanted a place to bring my family so we could explore together. I knew Forsyth would be great for the kids to run around and get energy out, and being in the middle of town is a great location. I could’ve never guessed I’d find such a perfect little place right on the main arteries through town. Perfect place if you don’t want to do much driving once you’re here, and it was very peaceful when we did spend time inside. They had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We will be back!

Few things would make it better

Good local except new skillets are needed for cooking! Also noise level of traffic outside bedroom window is continuous till around 3:30 am! On the plus side excellent walking distance to everything one would need

Rock n Roll Marathon Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great! The unit was absolutely adorable and in a perfect location and the price was great!! Couldn't have asked for a better spot! The bed and pull out couch were both incredibly comfy and with all the windows throughout the unit you got a lot of natural light in with a great view of Forsyth Park! Definitely would stay in this spot again!

Amazing rental.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved celebrating our honeymoon here. Amazing location about a 30 minute or less walk to riverfront and directly looks upon Forsyth park. Little trouble parking on weekend but nothing major. Spotlessly clean and beautiful place to stay. Everything there that we needed. We walked all over downtown from here and had zero problems with safety or anyone bothering us. Bed was amazing. Only small suggestion would be to put curtains in bedroom to block out street lights but amazing and gorgeous view anyway.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I booked this property as a last minute trip and we could not be more pleased!! The location was my favorite aspects of this place - steps from your front door is the iconic and beautiful Forsyth Park. A doable walk (little less than a mile) to downtown and all the restaurants. The aparmtent was tastefully decorated and the was bed comfortable with soft sheets. If I had to come up with a con, it would be a that it was a little noisy. 2 out of the 3 nights we stayed, ambulances speed right outside our windows and we could hear the guests above us walk around. Overall we loved it and would definitely book this place again!

Acceptable with Reservations

Management was great. Had an A/C issue and they were on it immediately. The mattress and sofa are garbage. It ruins a vacation when you have to sleep on a mattress that is past its useful life and a sofa where the springs poke your rear. Owners: do the right thing and replace the furniture when it needs replacing. I shared with the management company and could infer from the very politely stated reply they knew it was an issue that wasn’t going to be handled by the owner. That’s a shame. Unfortunately I will remember Lucky Savannah as the property with the bad furniture. Lease with caution. Four nights of my husband and I falling into each other in the middle of the bed and I’m glad to be home.

Excellent location and easy access--just be ready for a bright room to sleep in

This property was located in an excellent location, but with that being said, the bedroom is at the front of the home and therefore, is very bright at night (even with the blinds closed). Outside on the main street directly in front of the rental is a street light and also 2 lights for the walking path around Forsyth Park. This makes for a very bright room with all of the light on the windows. I had read a previous comment regarding this, so I brought a cover with us to cover the closed blinds and it was still incredibly bright in the room. I also brought a sound machine with us because a previous reviewer commented on the street traffic noise at night. The sound machine worked perfectly to filter out the noise, but the cover I brought didn't. Overall, the house was very nice and such a great location. Very clean and all necessities were provided, even to include some fold up chairs to enjoy sitting in the park. Would recommend staying here, just be aware that the bedroom is very bright at night.

Hard To Beat

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Delia Row 905A was pretty great. We spent most of our trip walking from place to place, so the location was killer. We never had a problem finding parking. There is free street parking all around the home. The bed was really comfortable and the pillows were fine. Most vacation rentals I have stayed in have terrible pillows. In this case, we were happy to have them. The only thing that wasn’t great was the sofa(not the sofa bed, the actual sofa). This is splitting hairs, but it is noisy and not that comfortable. I only mention it because it took us by surprise the first time we sat on it. That said, this will absolutely be the first place i try to book in the future. If I can’t get this one, I will try one of Lucky Savannah’s other properties. They were very easy to work with and the app is great for handling logistics.
