Our host Elizabeta was fabulous. She was very helpful in every way. She recommended very good restaurants and always answered our texts and questions quickly. Very positive experience. The apartment was perfect for two people and all of the facilities were A plus.

Beautifully appointed, relaxing apartment accommodating short or long stays. We stayed 10 days. Great location nearby all the sites, yet situated in a neighborhood setting with necessities located nearby. The owner communicates very well and ensures you have a great stay. Everything is described and pictured accurately in the listing.

Convenient and Quiet

We had a lovely stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the flat. It was within walking distance of everything including the railway station. Our VRBO host was helpful and readily available.

Our family loved this stay!

Beautiful, clean and Elisabetta was delightful! The location is close too everything. The bakery downstairs is delicious for breakfast! Our family of 4 from Canada loved our stay here!

Perfect home base for exploring Florence

Wonderful stay in lovely apartment tucked away in quiet neighborhood within walking distance of all the popular tourist sites. Comfortable bedroom, kitchen, and sitting area perfect for a couple.

What a wonderful apartment! Elisabetta met us upon arrival and went over everything in the apartment. A perfect location within walking distance to everything. Loved that the apartment was above a yummy cafe! Supermarket right down the street. Everything is walkable!

Wonderful apartment!

I highly recommend this place- it is totally updated, clean, well-appointed, and the host is super responsive. The location is excellent- close to all of the cathedrals and museums with a nice restaurant next to the building entry. If I get to Florence again I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great place in Florence

This is a wonderful property! The location is excellent. Bed is very comfortable. Very nice amenities and great host. I would highly recommend this place if looking for a spot close to the action in Florence.

Perfect location!

We're seniors and appreciated the elevator and the quiet while "at home". Location was fantastic for walking absolutely everywhere! Felt we were in the center of Italian life! Apartment was perfect for our one month stay.

Wonderful vacation apartment

Everything was just as advertised online. Elisabetta thought of everything to help make our stay perfect. Apartment is clean and comfortable. Close to Duomo and walking distance to most sites.

Perfect location, top notch apartment.

The home feels newly renovated and decorated. Very clean and we loved that the immediate neighborhood felt less busy and touristy but we still could easily walk to attractions and the main train station downtown. Would absolutely stay here again. Recommend highly.

Peaceful oasis in a vibrant city

The photographs don't do the apartment justice - lovely decor, spacious and ingenious design. Located in very quiet square with excellent café and restaurants within a few yards. Elisabetta was very welcoming and has thought of everything.

Highly recommend

We stayed at this property for 6 nights in May 2022. The location is perfect for walking to all the sights. The apartment was spotless, and the host left some food which was helpful while we were getting settled. There is a cafe on the ground floor which was convenient (but a little noisy in the early morning hours). We had a wonderful stay at this property!

Fabulous Stay

This apartment is amazing ! Vwas ery spacious, beautifully decorated and immaculate. Communication with Elisabetta was quick and accurate. Location is an easy walk to sites but away from loud traffic noise. As a single woman, I felt safe walking around the neighborhood.

Perfect apartment in Florence

This apartment was perfect for our stay in Florence! It is beautifully decorated with all the amenities we needed and then some! Elisabetta is a very gracious host and made sure we had everything we needed! The location is so close to everything, yet very quiet. Check in/out was very easy and she was flexible with our arrival time and very responsive to any questions we had. We look forward to returning!!

Great Location, apartment and host

There are always two questions we ask about a stay: 1) would we refer this to someone else and 2) would we stay here again? The answer to both is a resounding YES. The host is terrific, the welcome basket of goodies and even a variety of international plugs were provided. 2nd floor with a lift. Can’t say enough nice things about our stay and this apartment. The bed was also comfy!

Wonderful Florence apartment

Beautifully appointed and updated apartment in a lovely neighborhood. There is a lively restaurant area just steps away. Location is optimal- between The Duomo and Santa Croce. Locals coffee shop by the entrance to the building. The only negative may be the lack of a view. But it is really the perfect place to spend a week or more in Florence.
