This property had a very secure location and an amazing garden. the Host was available and very fun to talk to. I plan to tell all my friends about the Cosy Cottage and return there myself often.

Cute house, beautiful property, and such kind owner!

Best location and wonderful find

This Mendocino cottage is perfect. You can park your car and walk just about everywhere. You have everything you need and the outdoor gardens surrounding this place are beautiful. Heather is a wonderful host. We cannot wait to return.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

Heather's cabin is incredible - you couldn't ask for a better location, so close to everything, while still feeling private! It's so cozy and has everything you need. Would definitely stay again.

Very quite nice stay

Great Spot

If you want a relatively no frills, but completely comfortable place to stay that is ideally located within walking distance of Mendocino village, this is the place. In addition, you will be hard pressed to find a more beautiful, surrounding floral garden. Would stay again.

great location and lovely setting

This was a cozy clean studio with a lovely garden and within walking distance of most everywhere we wanted to go in Medocino. The owner was very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable as well and and we enjoyed our stay.
