beautiful, well appointed, clean, fireplace with wood, full kitchen, fantastic view.be sure and print your directions and door code before you get there because you will have no phone signal until you get in

Wonderful ocean view setting. We stay at many VRBOs across the country and overseas, and this was one of our favorites. Everything from the coffee provided for the next morning, and the tissues by the bed made us feel as if we were home. Great location across the bay from Mendocino and a minute from cute restaurants and shops. If we are ever in California again, we will definitely stay for another few days of relaxing and ocean viewing.

Front row to the ocean. The view is awesome. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed. Nice bathroom and shower. Rural location, private. Top notch place.

The location, privacy and facility where all excellent. Just as the site pictures represented. Communication and instructions from the host where superb. The unit was fantastic especially with the deck to sit, relax and soak in the ocean breezes and excellent view of Mendocino. It was a relaxing time away to stay in and cook if we wanted to or enjoy the local cuisine. So much to take in and so little time to experience it all. However, another trip is the answer next year to experience what we missed.

Staying at Cypress Point was an absolute highlight. The ocean view is amazing.It is very well maintained, very clean and you can't get a better view.

It was my partner’s 40th birthday, she had no idea where we were going and we both were very happily surprised. Foraged a fresh bouquet in the forest, cooked wonderful meals and enjoyed coffee and cocktails on the patio. Cool enough to enjoy a fire while playing cards and couldn’t have asked for anything more aside from a hot tub on the patio

This was the cutest home. The views of the cove were stunning. The stars are night were unbelievable. Easy beach access just a couple minutes down the road.

Great location directly above the ocean waves with a view of the town across the inlet. Very private, close to town. Loved everything about the house. Owners very responsive. Will definitely stay here again.

The ocean view was fantastic! The sound of the surf so relaxing. The property was exceptionally clean and in good repair- everything worked! The check in by the housekeeper was much appreciated. The property was very quiet, yet handy to the excellent restaurants in Mendocino. Likely we will return again!
