This is hands down one of the best condos I’ve ever stayed in!! Very clean and cozy. Decorating is top tier! Very family friendly. The view was stunning. 1000/10. No complaints from us whatsoever ever.

Absolutely Love this unit at Palacio. It’s rare to find a unit with 3 king sized beds and three full bathrooms.The owner did not skimp on quality of the furnishings either. Ample seating for everyone. Very clean and up to date furnishings and decor. Beautiful view of the beach and overlooking the pools (also very clean)from the spacious balcony. Balcony has plenty of seating as well. This is my second time staying at this condo, the first with my two sons, daughters in laws and two grands, this time was a girls trip of 4 ladies. Everything you need in the kitchen, pots, pans, utensils, etc. The owner is so personable and responds immediately. Def my go to in Perdido Key! Suzie, thanks so much for being a gracious and wonderful host!

From the beachside views to the balcony views…this place was AMAZING!!! Suzie was extremely proactive in communication and everything was crystal clear. The condo was well appointed throughout…if you like to cook in, the kitchen has everything you need. It was an incredible weekend celebrating the 250th bday of the USA! We would definitely stay here again!!!!

Our annual girls trip was perfect thanks to this comfortable and beautiful condo! Check in was seamless, and unit was very clean. Plenty of room for the 5 of us. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely updated condo! So many things to like about this unit - nice, comfortable furniture, big balcony with beach and pool view - it easily sat all six of us. Well appointed kitchen, easy access to the beach and pool. And SO clean! All three bedrooms had a king bed along with three bathrooms which worked well for our group. Owner responded immediately to our questions. Great stay.

Beach Getaway

The condo is well appointed, worked out great for a group of six. Tastefully decorated, spacious and comfortable. Beautiful view of the gulf from the balcony! Swimming pool area is well kept. Excellent communication with the owner!!
