Finished in 2014, above-garage apartment, full kitchen with all amenities, one bedroom (plus queen size fold-out couch in living room), screened in porch and open deck as well. Sleeps 4. Smart TV so bring your passwords for however you view TV entertainment.

Overlooks Font Lake . Screened-in porch makes it feel like a "tree-house".
10-15 minute walk to town, one mile to beautiful Donegal Bay with sunset views and beautiful sandy beach at that location.
Take the Beaver Island Ferry or fly with Island Airways from Charlevoix, Mi to reach Beaver Island.

This was our second time booking this charming loft cottage and we've already booked for next summer. Clean, calm, comfy, quiet, private, loons and hummingbirds, glimpses of Font Lake, a mile west by car or bike to a beautiful long walking beach, or a mile east to the town. What more could you want?

Very well kept and clean. Perfect location to relax and enjoy Font Lake and also within walking distance to town. Great place to stay to enjoy Beaver Island.

This apartment is absolutely adorable. It has a beautiful deck with half of it screened in so you can stay away from bugs or enjoy the serene atmosphere if it rains. The place was very clean and had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. The hosts are awesome and made sure we had everything we needed. This was our first time on the island and when we come back, this is where would like to stay. It’s close to town and seated in the perfect spot on Lake Font.

It was everything advertised and as we expected. Host communicated with us promptly regarding any questions I had. Mary Beth, I left my super fast phone charger in the main bedroom. It's fine. I've already ordered a replacement for myself! Hopefully, future guests might need one sometime!

This is a perfect spot fot a get away. Close to town but far enough away to really disconnect from everything and be in nature.

We loved staying at the tree house. It was so quiet and peaceful....just what I needed. The location was beautiful on Font Lake and a perfect distance from the ferry dock, restaurants, and shopping. We loved watching the hummingbirds and listening to the loons. I highly recommend staying here. The hosts were friendly and helpful.

Wonderful location. Very clean and wonderful outdoor balcony. Enjoyed kayaking on font lake. Only one mile to the best beach

Perfect Beaver Island Retreat for a Couple

Lovely Beaver Island apartment on Font Lake. Close to town for access to dining. But far enough away to listen to loons and woodpeckers. Font Lake is beautiful with beaver, many birds, and loons. The apartment is well furnished for a multiple night stay.

This cozy apartment was perfect for our stay on Beaver Island. Clean, comfortable, the screened in porch is a bonus. We heard the loons every day, hummingbirds at the feeder. Easy bike ride into town to the east, or to Donegal Bay Beach to the west. We had a car too, but bikes were easy and fun.

Beaver Island Getaway!

All was in wonderful order! Beautiful spot snd accommodations!!!! Only bad thing is that I inadvertently came home with your bread knife! I will order one from Amazon and have it shipped to you if that is ok!!! Was all just wonderful - would love to come back again sometime!!!
