This was our 3rd stay here. It is a beautiful home, located close to everything. Very clean, well stocked. It truly feels like our home away from home. Great communication through checkout. We hope to stay again.

We really enjoyed Renee and Eric’s property. It was very clean and they were great hosts. The space was so cozy and relaxing. We also liked spending time at their adirondak chairs by the water. The property is in a great location and we walked everywhere! We are already planning our next trip back to the island.

Wonderful home away from home

The home was exactly what we needed for a relaxing week on the island! It is such a comfortable place, clean, everything you need, and so close to everything in town while still being "away from it all".

Wonderful property

We have visited the island for many years, and this property was one of the most comfortable we have stayed in. The hosts provided everyone as listed, the vacation was great.

Another wonderful stay at Fallen Oaks! Beautiful, comfortable home in a great location. It is perfect for our family of 5. We've stayed with kids as young as 4. We're already planning our trip back.

Comfortable and close to town

We were very comfortable here. Beds were great, the furniture was good for lounging and reading, and the kitchen was fully functional. East walking distance to town. We enjoyed our stay!

Beaver Island is a great place to visit, we have been going there for more than 50 years.

Perfect!

Our stay was wonderful. Beautiful accommodations and comfortable furniture. The kitchen was equipped with everything we could ever want or need.

Perfect stay on the island

Excellent communication from the start. Perfect quiet location in the harbor, just a 2 minute walk to the private beach. The house was well-equipped to make the stay feel like home from the start. Will definitely stay again.

Comfortable & Cozy Cottage

Very nice stay in this comfortable nicely decorated cottage which is close to town. The cottage was very clean and has everything you need in kitchen, towels, bedding, a nice big front porch to enjoy and a large backyard. Renee was a great host and will help you should you need anything

Great time

Our family had a great time. Despite a new structure blocking the view of the water, the home is well equipped with anything anything you need for cooking, the front porch is great to relax on with a cup of coffee, and the back yard is quiet and relaxing as well
