7th Floor End Unit - Right on the Beach

NOTE: The building is undergoing renovations. Construction noises will occur between 8 and 4 on Monday through Fridays.

This condo is in the award winning Horizons Condominium on the 7th floor end unit with 1714 interior square feet. The balcony from the living/ dining area wraps around the east and south side of the unit. The only thing between the balcony and the beach is the swimming pool. The pool is open year round but it is not heated. The master suite accesses this balcony and a private balcony to the west. The view to the south is toward the Boardwalk and Kennedy Space Center, the view to the east is the Atlantic Ocean.
The building is secure with 24 hrs. camera surveillance.
One reserved parking space in the secured underground parking garage has direct access to the building elevators for the tenant. Additional parking is in the open parking lot. The building is located on the exclusive Ormond Beach end of Daytona.

Three years in a row, and we still absolutely love this area!Robert’s place is a total gem—the moment you step inside his condo, it’s fantastic. We made the most of our 8-night stay, soaking up tons of beach time and having our groceries delivered right when we arrived so we could fully relax.We only left the condo for three meals, hitting some great local spots. Ford’s Garage is always a favorite, and Stonewood Grill was excellent. We also tried The Oyster Pub on our way in, where the food was quite good, however the service was slower than molasses in winter!As for the property drawbacks: The building itself is very behind the times. It’s older, the decor feels a bit abandoned, and under some construction. The entry key system to get in and out of the building was probably the most frustrating part. Overall, despite the building's quirks, Robert’s unit made for another wonderful vacation in Daytona.

We loved this condo being right on the beach. We had a corner condo with spectacular sunrise views in the morning and lovely views of the ocean all day long. We would love to go back!

Fun in the Sun

The location of the condo was perfect. Check in was simple. The view from the balcony was beautiful !! We saw dolphins every day and also a manatee. My family and I had a wonderful vacation.

Beautiful, clean and spacious 3 bedroom condo overlooking the ocean! Everything you need to enjoy your stay is there! Robert is the best at communicating which was a huge plus for me! We will be looking forward to another stay!

Fantastic

This was a great property to stay at with responsive and generous hosts. There is plenty of space for essentially 6 adults and the views were wonderful.This may seem minor, but I especially loved the quality balcony furniture - Six HDPE tall chairs and three tables. It was so nice to sit on while watching sunrises, sunsets, and New Year's fireworks.

Spring Break 2023

The condo was spacious, comfortable, and the views are spectacular. The kitchen is fully stocked and has everything that you could want. We had wonderful weather and made many memories. I would absolutely love to return someday.

Enjoyed our stay, would revisit.

Our stay was very enjoyable. The accommodations were very suitable to our family and the views were excellent. The property construction did not pose any issues during our time. The only negative (which only posed a small inconvenience) was there was no handicap entrance to the beach - only stairs. I would most certainly use this property again.

Excellent value for the money!

A minor issue was quickly addressed by the owner. There was great communication and we had a great time! The condo was well stocked with everything we needed. We will stay in that exact condo the next time we come to Daytona!

When we were looking for a vacation home, we looked on the west coast around St. Petersburg and the east coast from Melbourne to Daytona. We choose Daytona because of the activities and because of the famous beach.
