Great price on this property. Comfortable beds, clean rooms. Extra large kitchen and dining area. My only feedback for the owner, is to add a couple of deck chairs and maybe a table for the back deck. Overall, an excellent stay.

The property did not disappoint!! Check in was easy! Communication was great! Nice and close to downtown Morro Bay by all the shops and wonderful restaurants.

The kitchen was adequately stocked; the house was clean, neighborhood quiet; central location for downtown morro bay and pismo beach. About 2 hours south of big sur state park. The host responded to questions quickly. Enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay

We have stayed here multiple times and it’s always a wonderful stay. Comfy, fully stocked home in a great location. Will definitely stay again.

Great place to stay

Beautiful home, great location, nice walk to the pier or a quick drive. Quiet area, and the house was set up very nicely.

Great home rental!

This home is one of the cleanest I have stayed in over the past 25 years renting in Morro. Location is great and within walking distance to the water. Will stay again!

House is very clean! Good amount of space for party of 6. Well stocked kitchen! The only feedback is the couches are not comfortable and the mattresses are ready to be replaced. Otherwise. We would stay again.

My family rents the house basically evry year and we are always pleased with the home. The location is great and the home is always clean when we arrive. We plan on returning on a yearly basis.

Quiet and spacious

The home was just what we needed. Close enough to SLO but a nice spot to come to at night away from the bustle. We came for Cal Poly orientation and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Daughters birthday weekend fun

We enjoyed this house. It was a very comfortable place to hang out on the central coast. The location was great. Lives the view of Morro Rock from the upstairs bedroom. Good house for a couples or family trip

Moro bay

It was fantastic, the bedrooms were very big, very clean throughout. The location was the best, close to many beaches and great restaurants. And the place was stock with everything you would need. Very very nice I would go back in second.

Yearly retreat.

The property has a peek view of the ocean from the rear deck. The home was clean and my family enjoyed the stay and has enjoyed renting this properly for the last several years. We will be coming back next year also.

Overall my family and I enjoyed staying at this location. It’s not next to Embarcadero or the beach; but if you don’t mind walking, Embarcadero and downtown are within walking distance. We enjoyed that it was a block away from one of our favorite coffee shops (the human bean). The home can be a little warm when the temperature is higher at Morro Bay. The only negative thing about this place was that as soon as we walked in upon arrival, we observed several black ants on the dining room floor. After we took care of the problem, no more ants appeared. Overall the home was clean and had everything we needed.

My birthday weekend

Very nice home with plenty of room for the six of us. Lots of linens, everything you need in the kitchen. Beautiful view on both floors but especially the top room. Willl definitely book again.

Great Location!

This was close to everything. It sure would have been nice to have a view of the ocean on the main level but that's about all that I can complain about. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood and the property manager was very responsive to texts. The house is a little dated but it a great place to stay
